Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager serves as a critical member of the multidisciplinary team, overseeing quality-related activities across healthcare communities. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care through comprehensive quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for helping lead our automation strategy as a central partner to our Lending Technology organization. This individual will drive adherence to our automation frameworks and quality standards, ensure testing metrics remain healthy, and support test teams in delivering reliable, scalable automation solutions. They will work across multiple product crews to diagnose and resolve automation issues, provide strategic guidance, and communicate progress and improvements to both engineering teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define, evolve, and champion the automation testing strategy across multiple product teams.
• Partner with QA engineers and development teams to ensure alignment with frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain test automation health metrics, ensuring consistent and reliable execution.
• Work hands-on with automation tools including Selenium, Pydat, Parasoft, and other custom/internal frameworks.
• Act as a liaison between the central QA organization and engineering/product crews, effectively communicating technical updates, metrics, and improvements.
• Present QA health and test automation findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight
