The QA Technician will support various functions and activities to include covering internal ISO audits as well as other external bodies such as NIOSH. In addition, you will: 

•    Plan and conduct internal ISO9001 Quality Audits according to schedule; work closely with all departments inclusive of ISO9001
•    Use audit guidelines, checklists and prior audit results to determine audit paths
•    Gather and document objective evidence during audit interview process; determine whether quality activities comply with specifications, procedures, and standards
•    Record and document audit results in the company’s online audit system and review the results of the audit with the Department Manager of the area being audited.   
•    Complete corrective action determinations including associated risk assessments
•    Draft corrective actions and action items in a clear and compelling way for use by others
•    Conduct verifications of corrective actions and action items including verification using objective evidence

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager serves as a critical member of the multidisciplinary team, overseeing quality-related activities across healthcare communities. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care through comprehensive quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Quality Monitoring & Improvement

* Develop and implement plans of correction for identified deficiencies and quality issues
* Conduct data analytic interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Evaluate monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) findings and action plan development
* Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting of quality trends and outcomes for senior leadership
* Monitor and analyze infection control data and vaccine compliance rates
* Coordinate post-elopement calls and follow-up procedures

Performance Management

* Develop, implement, and oversee Community Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
* Conduct along with the regional team a Root Cause Analyses for clinical adverse events and near-miss incidents

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

Required Qualifications

Education & Licensing:

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

This role will be responsible for helping lead our automation strategy as a central partner to our Lending Technology organization. This individual will drive adherence to our automation frameworks and quality standards, ensure testing metrics remain healthy, and support test teams in delivering reliable, scalable automation solutions. They will work across multiple product crews to diagnose and resolve automation issues, provide strategic guidance, and communicate progress and improvements to both engineering teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, evolve, and champion the automation testing strategy across multiple product teams.
- Partner with QA engineers and development teams to ensure alignment with frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain test automation health metrics, ensuring consistent and reliable execution.
- Work hands-on with automation tools including Selenium, Pydat, Parasoft, and other custom/internal frameworks.
- Act as a liaison between the central QA organization and engineering/product crews, effectively communicating technical updates, metrics, and improvements.
