Position Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating and developing the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan that incorporates the policies and procedures necessary to deliver the project fully compliant with the contract documents. Manage, supervise, and administer the implementation of the project-specific QA/QC Plan and QA/QC staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
* Manage the development and implementation of the project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project team, the owner/architect team and the contract documents.
* Assure that sufficient, qualified specialized staff is assigned to provide the required knowledge and experience to execute the plan.
* Maintain a collaborative working relationship with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that the project-specific QA/QC Plan delivers a fully compliant project.
* Lead, supervise and develop all Turner QA/QC staff, including providing input on or completing performance appraisals.
* Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
* Develop a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (including Turner's contract, plans, specifications and applicable codes).
* Develop engineering procedures, including document control, submissions management, creation and tracking of Requests For Information (RFIs), material samples, documentation and tracking of potential cost changes, documentation and tracking of approved change orders within budgetary requirements.
* Implement project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project safety plan.
* Understand the project execution plan and coordinate QA/QC procedures at appropriate stages of the work, in line with the project schedule.
* Continually improve strategies and tools to efficiently and effectively document, track and record compliance with the contract documents.
* Execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan in a manner that engages all project staff, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.

Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Turner's project management software and leadership skills. Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Proven leadership qualities and skills with the desire to teach and mentor staff. May require QA/QC certification depending on specific project.

Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager serves as a critical member of the multidisciplinary team, overseeing quality-related activities across healthcare communities. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care through comprehensive quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership, support, and direction while working collaboratively with community management and regional teams to develop and implement quality processes.
This is a remote position that will require up to 30% travel.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Monitoring & Improvement
* Develop and implement plans of correction for identified deficiencies and quality issues
* Conduct data analytic interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Evaluate monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) findings and action plan development
* Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting of quality trends and outcomes for senior leadership
* Monitor and analyze infection control data and vaccine compliance rates
* Coordinate post-elopement calls and follow-up procedures
Performance Management
* Develop, implement, and oversee Community Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
* Conduct along with the regional team a Root Cause Analyses for clinical adverse events and near-miss incidents
* Develop and monitor action plans to reduce risk of recurrence
* Identify potential risk areas and develop systems to minimize adverse events
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
* Facilitate annual survey preparation and aggregate data
* Oversee performance improvement plan from results

Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager serves as a critical member of the multidisciplinary team, overseeing quality-related activities across healthcare communities. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care through comprehensive quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership, support, and direction while working collaboratively with community management and regional teams to develop and implement quality processes.
This is a remote position that will require up to 30% travel.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Monitoring & Improvement
* Develop and implement plans of correction for identified deficiencies and quality issues
* Conduct data analytic interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Evaluate monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) findings and action plan development
* Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting of quality trends and outcomes for senior leadership
* Monitor and analyze infection control data and vaccine compliance rates
* Coordinate post-elopement calls and follow-up procedures
Performance Management
* Develop, implement, and oversee Community Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
* Conduct along with the regional team a Root Cause Analyses for clinical adverse events and near-miss incidents
* Develop and monitor action plans to reduce risk of recurrence
* Identify potential risk areas and develop systems to minimize adverse events
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
* Facilitate annual survey preparation and aggregate data
* Oversee performance improvement plan from results

- Actively direct the corrective actions system for customer complaints/warranties/returns, and internal processes
- Work with all departments to develop documentation of processes and procedures
- Lead the development of quality and improvement plans that will impact the overall cost of products
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits, finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare organization for audits and certifications
- Assist the management team and provide support as necessary
- Nurture a philosophy of a quality culture
- Follow and comply with all environmental, safety and work rules and regulations
- Evaluate, redesign as needed and implement organizational systems
- Provide quality based direction to production staff in all facets of operations; such direction will ensure quality and where applicable ensure the safe, efficient and effective operations of the facility
- Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with suppliers.
- Manage the Supplier Quality metrics such as:
o Non Conformance Tracking (MRB)
§ Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)
§ Corrective Action and Preventive Action
o Work closely with the Purchasing Group to establish and maintain a Supplier Quality Scorecard (This is part of a bigger Supplier Scorecard that includes Delivery, Cost, Partnership, Advanced Quality Planning and Quality)
o CM Quality scorecard
o Cost Of Poor Quality
Participate in new product introduction, or product change projects, assuring that all requisite quality characteristics and requirements are met Requirements Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Methodologies, Quality Assurance Standards, Quality Assurance Teams, Quality Goals, ISO 9001, QM - Quality Management, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Quality Audits, Cost Analysis, SRM - Supplier Relationship Management, Leadership Skills, IQMS
