**Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate**
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for performing inspections of finished products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Additionally, you will maintain and update quality records, logs, and databases, while assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Responsibilities

+ Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
+ Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
+ Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
+ Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with quality assurance and quality control.
+ Proficiency in document control.
+ At least 3 years of experience with AS9100D Standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Master Control is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • Lean or Six Sigma experience
  • Experience with warehouse management and inventory management software

  • Lean or Six Sigma experience
  • Experience with warehouse management and inventory management software
