Raytheon Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Test Pilot to join our Raytheon Flight Test Operations (FTO) team. This role is responsible for supporting multiple functions in the planning and execution of manned flight test missions. Responsibilities include coordination with engineering and maintenance, tracking flight crew qualifications, and coordinating logistics for occasional flight test deployments. This position is an onsite role based in Tucson, Arizona with occasional travel to support flight test operations in Ontario, California.
**What You Will Do**
+ Plan and coordinate flight test missions involving military ranges and FAA airspace.
+ Conduct internal flight test readiness evaluations and coordinate customer airworthiness audits.
+ Lead mission planning, coordination briefings, and contribute to test reporting.
+ Coordinate aircraft maintenance activities and liaison with subcontracted support team.
+ Qualify and maintain currency for Raytheon FTO test aircraft, including CL601, B727-200, B737-800, and C206 as a test pilot crew member
+ Perform work in classified and SAP environments
+ Travel up to 20% to support flight test deployments or technical interchange meetings. Typical travel sites include Ontario, CA; Eglin AFB, FL; and occasional short duration travel for CONUS and OCONUS flight test deployments in support of RTX programs.
+ **Please note** : You will need the ability to obtain and hold an FAA First Class medical and Airline Transport Pilot certificate
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience.
+ Experience in Flight test within the last 10 years.
+ Must have a Commercial Pilot Certificate.
+ Must have 1,500 hours pilot time with minimum of 300 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
+ Must have turbine experience.
+ "Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance and program access as needed. "U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

**What You Will Do**
We are looking for Electrical Engineers to support the following areas:
+ Component Engineers ensuring cost effective and robust parts are used to ensure successful products, by selecting, specifying, and determining application adherence for electrical components.
+ ECAD Engineers solving the PCB board layout puzzle from R&D through full production level designs.
+ Product Development Engineers taking the electronic database representation of the design and turning it into tangible reality. PDE's steward the creation of the PCBs and resulting CCAs. PDE's interface with PCB and CCA manufacturers resolving any technical issues that arise in the manufacturing process.
Individuals will interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop:
+ Component risk and verification data packages that will support component selections and provide justification to program customers. Component Engineers will identify parts to be included on the preferred parts list, drive usage of these standardized parts, provide recommendations to mitigate obsolescence issues, and identify solutions to meet customer component requirements.
+ The ECAD designer is responsible for creating and documenting the characteristics of a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design from conception to manufacturing. This process includes library part creation, schematic capture, component placement, routing, gerber / ODB+ file creation, and all documentation using the Mentor Graphics and Blueprint toolsets. In addition, the ECAD designer will be responsible for interfacing with the electrical, mechanical, and producibility engineering disciplines to ensure that the overall design requirements are captured and accomplished.
+ PDE responsibilities include supporting the Digital, RF and Power Products (DRP) Team design community as the affordability, manufacturability, and producibility for all Missile Programs. Tasks include involvement in digital, analog, and RF design projects from initial bill-of-material selection through Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), and subsystem assembly including resolution on all technical and supplier related issues. Throughout the product lifecycle the Product Development Engineer (PDE) follows our Integrated Product Development System to create an affordable, producible, and highly reliable design that meets the program's delivery and milestones needs.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
