Knowledge:

Specific Job Responsibilities:
Supplier Performance Management (estimated 70% of role)

Has a track record of building relationships with suppliers to deploy Supplier Relationship Management and ensure suppliers are delivering Gilead objectives.

Can partner with Logistics Procurement to engage suppliers.

Will participate in the drafting of supplier agreements in conjunction with Procurement & Legal to ensure contracts terms and conditions comply with corporate and purchasing guidelines.

Demonstrated track record of driving supplier performance, with some guidance.
Performance Reporting (estimated 30% of role)

Has a working understanding of logistics KPI's; what to measure, standard definitions, and appropriate targets.

Has experience of real-time performance reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Can deploy & deliver performance reporting of a suite of logistics KPI's on a monthly basis.

The salary range for this position is: $157,590.00 - $203,940.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
