The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of center management. In the absence of the General Manager, they assume responsibility for all center and floor operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property management. They maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction and focus on developing the teams hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Get a glimpse of all youll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager
- MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 : Be a champion for our guests, deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and address complaints.
- NEVER STOP IMPROVING : Hone operational skills, schedule staffing effectively to meet needs and enhance the guest experience.
- TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY : Execute marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues, open play, etc.
- PARTNER WITH LEAGUES : Build relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and handle administrative duties.
- ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM : Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff.
- SHOW OFF MANAGEMENT SKILLS : Lead and motivate the team, leverage individual strengths, delegate effectively.
- DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES : Oversee and expand Food & Beverage offerings, ensure quality, and train staff to uphold standards.
- REMAIN FLEXIBLE : Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Youre ready to step in for the General Manager when needed. Your guest service skills are strong, and you have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Youre flexible, dedicated to team development, and aiming to progress to a General Manager role.
DESIRED SKILLS:- 2+ Years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player and people developer
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Typical entertainment environment involving walking, bending, standing, and lifting objects with assistance.
