Become a Product Expert: Leverage a deep understanding of Wayfair's in-store and online assortment to help customers find the right solution, every time. Communicate proactively about any unexpected absences or scheduling needs.You'll Thrive in This Role if You Have: Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of experience motivating a team to meet sales goals in a retail environment. Sales Expertise: 1+ year in a retail sales role with a strong track record of meeting quotas or KPIs. Experience in specialty or high-touch sales is a plus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using CRM tools, mobile devices, POS systems, and Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
