**Key Responsibilities:**

**Chain HQ Support**
+ Update and maintain authorized grids, planner/ad trackers, and price surveys
+ Add competitive item data and manage new item/DC tracking
+ Submit DSD Vendor Transfer Forms
+ Review and update pricing for AVP/Safeway
+ Pull and track invoices and QD Bills from AVP and Costco portals
**Sales Coordination & Event Logistics**
+ Process supplier withdrawals and update trackers
+ Coordinate deliveries for supplier-sponsored special events
+ Process sample requests from sales reps
+ Manage orders impacted by inventory gaps or allocation issues
**Required Skills & Attributes:**
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
+ Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
+ Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
+ Excellent data entry accuracy and ability to handle high volumes
+ Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for a skilled sales support admin to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. In this role, you will answer incoming calls and manage sales inquiries, keep sales department records, and file contracts. Your duties will include scheduling appointments with customers and overseeing the internal budget and commissions. You may also be required to perform internet searches for information that could be useful to the sales team.

The sales admin provides direct clerical support to the Vice President of Sales for local sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Support Customer Engagement efforts by enabling the sales organization to provide Sysco customers with expanded service channel options (e.g. Sales Coordinator, Sysco Market and Sysco Mobile).
+ Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and documents using Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
+ Responsible for Vice President of Sales e-mail
+ Make travel arrangements as required for all sales personnel, through appropriate travel agency and book hotel rooms as required. Authorize payroll deductions for hotel rooms per the policy
+ Assist in preparation of food shows and sales meetings
+ Respond to solicitations for company donations
+ Screen phone calls for the Vice President of Sales and take messages
+ Maintain files
+ Maintain local information within CRM (Sysco 360)
+ Research information on the CRT or PC as required
+ Generate copy and distribute promotional reports
+ Order supplies for the Sales Department
+ Schedule room arrangements, set-up and/or attend DSM meetings, sales meetings, food shows, etc. as required
+ Collect, prepare and distribute POS material and flyers
+ Run pre-formatted Business Objects tracking, commission, etc. Reports

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Basic Qualifications:
+ 1-2 years' related administrative experience providing support to an executive level supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent educational level preferred.
+ 2 years' related administrative experience providing support to an executive level supervisor
+ Working knowledge of a Sysco Sales processes, organization and product categories
Education and / or Experience:
+ High School education required.
Professional Skills:
+ Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
+ Able to type a minimum of 50-wpm accurately.
+ Must possess strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management; remain poised, professional and diplomatic under pressure.
+ Must have the ability to be detail-oriented and balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Have a demonstrated ability to plan and organize work activities; analyze and disseminate forms; manage work time efficiently; follow procedures and policies; identify and solve problems; maintain a file system to include alphabetical, numerical, and chronological filing activities.
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

You stay focused and no details fall through the cracks on your watch.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:Within the first 30 days:Becomes the initial welcoming contact with clients when they enter the store and receives all clients in a friendly and helpful mannerHas begun training on corporate processes including; money handling, invoicing, opening closing batch and paperwork processingThroughout a day successfully manages multiple clients, projects, tasks and lines of communications across 30-70 daily calls via multiple phone linesWithin the first 60 days and ongoing:Has begun as liaison for all incoming calls, building rapport, returning calls and outreach to clients to introduce new productsEnsures that all client accounts are up-to-dateCalls accounts to collect aged receivables each month as neededSupports sales staff (some sales from scooter and wheelchair lifts-down in the trenches can be time-consuming)Within the first 90 days and ongoing:Fully understands how the store works and thoroughly supports teamHas begun taking on any necessary ad hoc administrative projects assigned by General ManagerContinues establishing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current clientsRuns rentals and wheelchair salesEducation, Skills & Experience:High School diploma/GED and a valid driver's license is requiredMust have 3+ years of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced office, medical office experience a plusExperience maintaining & updating CRMsBeginner to intermediate experience in MS Word & Excel is preferredExperience with standard office record keeping, including reconciliation of cash and receiptsAbility to engage and connect with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service, driving the sales process forwardExperience in inventory management and ordering procedures a plusBilingual a plusBraunAbility is an equal opportunity employer.
