ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Representative will act as a primary sales agent within an established territory to identify, acquire, and continue high-quality relationships with new and existing customers to support company growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
+ Responsible for adherence to all company policies, including, but not limited to, personal protective equipment and other health, safety, and environmental procedures.
+ Act as a primary sales agent for contact with distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and others in the region.
+ Utilize all available resources to reach prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively to all audiences.
+ Create and enhance relationships with new and current customers to sell products and services consistent with territory revenue and profitability goals.
+ Prepares timely and accurate proposals, works with customers, and understands requirements in blueprints, plans, and other specifications.
+ Keep fully informed regarding competitor developments.
+ Maintains documentation of sales activities, customer contacts, and related expenses efficiently and economically consistent with sales objectives.
+ Maintains continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
+ Ability to negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
+ Maintains high standards of professional conduct in every customer and employee interaction.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
+ Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience with three years of business-to-business outside sales experience (preferably construction-related and industrial) with demonstrated skills and success in new account development.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills. Ability to develop productive relationships and communicate effectively with management, peers, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
+ Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record (MVR) with knowledge of the surrounding geographical market.
+ Demonstrated experience and a proven record of working with minimal supervision, self-motivation, and personal time management.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relations Software packages, and standard office equipment.
+ Proven work experience as a sales representative in a related field.

The Lead Consultant is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers. The Lead Consultant's time will be spent taking customer orders; coordinating store activities; providing pricing information; recommending the appropriate FedEx Office products and services; producing complex orders; operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all production processes. With leadership direction, the Lead Consultant may provide direction to the Consultant and solve escalated customer issues.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers
- Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time
- Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and recommends FedEx Office products and services tracks and logs all production jobs
- Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running black and white or color production on full service orders, including finishing services and large job management
- Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks at the same time

- Offers assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods. Maintains inventory of shipping supplies
- Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of specialized experience

Purpose of Role
The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.
Your Impact
Sales & Omni
- Provide direct sales assistance to Athletes to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager
- Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience
Brand Image & Customer Experience
- Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
- When assisting athletes communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model
- Incorporate product knowledge into selling process by participating in training
Retail Operations
- Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets
- Comply with UA policies and procedures
- Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training
- Adhere to Under Armour’s dress code and attendance policies
- Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour’s attendance policy
Team Collaboration/Self Growth
- Collaborates with teammates to achieve store goals
- Accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance
Qualifications
- Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
- Fluency in local language

Requirements

- Able to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products
