Our client, a major retail organization, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Loss Prevention Specialist for a fully remote position. This role is essential in developing and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage, prevent theft, and enhance security across all retail operations. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive loss prevention programs and strategies across multiple retail locations.
  • Analyze shrinkage data, sales reports, and inventory records to identify trends, root causes, and areas of opportunity.
  • Conduct internal and external investigations into theft, fraud, policy violations, and other security-related incidents.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in conducting thorough investigations, interviewing individuals, and gathering evidence.
