This role combines strategic art direction with hands-on design. You'll guide creative teams in crafting compelling visual solutions across digital, motion, photography, and integrated campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency and meeting critical deadlines. Working closely with project managers and creative directors, you'll help establish timelines and lead the creation of breakthrough concepts, translating the complex and technical into memorable experiences for our customers.
Key job responsibilities

- You are well-versed in graphic design, branding, photography, CGI, video and art direction as it pertains to print, digital, and motion.
- You possess excellent design and conceptual skills accompanied by the ability to guide and evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development.
- You are naturally curious and passionate about design-with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends.
- You are a self-starting art director that collaborates well with a team to find simple solutions to complex problems.
- You're a strong communicator with great presentation skills that is able to articulate ideas clearly, lead healthy debate, and accept directional feedback. Must be able to communicate effectively both up and down a creative organization.
- You have in depth knowledge of the creative development process, providing timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions, and producing work on schedule. Must be able to effectively lead junior creative staff members, vendors, freelancers, and photographers as needed.
- Solid organizational skills to file work in a manner that can be shared with the team.
- Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
