**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provides support to all departments in ERP system by maintaining document control, performing part transfers, and creation of IFS process instructions.
+ Creates Shop Order Router for multiple products/sites, by reviewing drawings and tooling.
+ Reviews work orders against router steps and coordinates needed changes with other document control team members.
+ Evaluates effectiveness of routers by communicating with operators and adjusting documentation as required.
+ Uploads and maintains SOP documentation control.
+ Generates reports as needed.
+ Assist in maintaining tooling databases.
+ Makes minor changes to drawings as required.
+ Accepts other manufacturing department assignments, generally working on lean initiative projects.
**Education and Experience:**
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years directly related experience.

+ Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Project, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
+ Prior experience using a MRP or ERP system is preferred.

Role Summary

- Develop AutoCAD site layout drawings showing cut/fill slopes, ramps, work roads, crane positions, and casting bed locations.
- Coordinate with sitework, rebar, crane, and concrete subcontractors.
- Perform jobsite pre-pour inspections with Project Engineers and Project Managers prior to concrete placements.
- Visit local construction sites during precast panel erection.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management undergraduate program. A concentration in Civil Engineering is preferred.
