FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Shipping Manager & Supervisor
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Positions Supervised: NA
POSITION SUMMARY:
The warehouse Shipping Material Handler will report to the Warehouse Manager & Supervisor. The responsibilities include accurately organizing and coordinating customer related documents such as grouping by name, delivery date and location. The job typically requires the ability to read shipping documents, or equivalent. Work includes pulling orders together and assembling them for shipment to customers or distributions centers. Additional duties may include: Using shrink wrap machines, label and shrink wrap orders; gathering or distributing product or materials within the area, clean and organize assigned aisle; some packaging may be required. Incumbents will typically use a stock picker forklift machine to pick up orders; maintain proper care of the Stock Picker equipment include checking the water level and the battery. Workers use bar code readers, computer terminals or other electronic devices to track products, assist in checking inventory and loading containers. Overtime will be required. A flexible schedule is a MUST.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Organizing and coordinating customer related documents
- Read orders to ascertain sizes, and quantities of merchandise
- Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves
- Complete order receipts
- Prepare merchandise by labeling and placing on pallets and on wrapping machine
- Clean and organize assigned aisle
- Pick orders received by the Warehouse Department using a Stock Picker machine.
- Load containers and assist in checking inventory
- Lift cases and put them on pallets to be shipped out
- Hand stack containers as needed
- Assist drivers as needed
- Maintain proper care of the Stock Picker equipment include checking the water level of the battery
- Perform other related duties including being crossed trained between Shipping & Receiving Warehouse area.
High School Diploma or GED, or a combination of experience and/or education in a related field. 12 months' forklift experience, minimum of 1-year warehouse experience. Forklift Certification required. Experienced driving a Stock Picker preferred. Previous RF Smart (bar code scanning) experience is preferred.

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business is looking for an **Entry Shipping/Receiving Specialist** to join our team in **Miami, FL** .
**Position Summary:**
Assists with initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers. Processes receiving/shipping documentation. Packages and processes shipments. Assists with maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 lbs. and manage cartons in excess of 35 lbs. utilizing available safety tools.
+ Places parts in proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers
+ Uses a utility cart, identifies cartons by part number, uses a computer or laptop, cart, cycle counts product, hand scanner and PC.
+ Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer
+ Receive parts and disburse to proper bins
+ Matches paperwork to box and prepares orders for billing / shipping
+ Support reaching Departmental & Company Key Results
+ Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):**
+ General Work Experience
+ Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday.
+ Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
+ Basic Computer Knowledge

Essential Functions:
+ Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues.

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
