+ This position is typically held by an individual who has at least 2 years experience in construction of low voltage electrical systems and preferably industry knowledge.
+ Experience with BAS/ Controls is needed for this role
+ This position is responsible for understanding project requirements such as specifications, standards, budgets, schedules, and safety.
+ Must be able to conduct service activities on-site related to the coordination, installation, and commissioning of building automation and security management systems, and perform work both independently or with other team members. Individual should have working knowledge of HVAC or Security industry applications.
+ This employee typically works under daily supervision of a Project Manager or Project Engineer and reports to the Construction Manager or Operations Manager as org chart allows.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with Control commissioning and startup of new Control Systems to ensure proper operation
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Control Systems wiring, hardware, and software
+ Diagnose communication problems with control devices and other components
+ Create, load, test, and tune system databases
+ Install, replace, and recommission Control Systems devices, equipment, and software
+ Coordinate activities of subcontractors as required
+ Provide on-site training to customers as needed
+ Provides emergency and warranty services as required.
+ Create and maintain test records and as-built documentation
+ Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements
+ Assist and support in basic field startup using standard startup and checkout process
+ Assist senior-level technicians and/or project managers in providing input to maintain as-built markups for field-directed changes to design documentation
+ Assist project manager with material delivery, material logistics, and LOT management proficiency in the usage of Design 360 and Prometheus apps and any other applicable engineering tools

The Fab Maintenance Team is looking for a new member who can hit the ground running and immediately contribute. You must be able to work in a high-pace 12 hour shift environment where equipment uptime is critical. Being able to diagnose and solve problems quickly is key to your success. Making lasting repairs based on true root cause fixes will support OSD in delivering high quality Fiber Optic components to its customers.

The Fab Maintenance Team is responsible for the uptime of all equipment used in the manufacturing of optical semiconductors. Our work enables Operations/Engineering to reach Production/Development goals by having well-performing machines to run. We work very closely with the Engineering Teams - both Process and Hardware - in order to troubleshoot tough problems as well as prepare equipment to meet the demands of new processes.

+ Performing mechanical assembly, helium leak detection for high vacuum applications, understanding and troubleshooting RF circuitry, working knowledge of PLC platforms, and electrical troubleshooting.
+ Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting PECVD, MOCVD, RIE, ICP, Implant, Photolithography, Sputtering, Ebeam Evaporators, and Holography equipment.
+ Documenting any and all work done in EMaint and other software platforms.
+ Active member on the OSD HAZMAT and **M** edical **E** mergency **R** esponse **T** eams.
+ Certified to use **S** elf **C** ontained **B** reathing **A** pparatus.
+ Able to direct and advise other maintenance technicians in completion of their daily tasks.
+ Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
+ Performing tasks in cleanroom and service areas for long periods of time.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Additionally, you'll assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve our customers. Your dedication significantly contributes to our customers' satisfaction and desire to return. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!
**Job Functions:**
+ This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
+ Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
+ Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
+ Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
+ Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
+ Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
