About The Role

BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR!

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times.

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our teams across various sites in the UK. This is a field based role with the expectation that there will be an element of travel between sites to best understand the different bars that we have and to build relationships with the teams, whilst understanding their local areas.

You will report directly into the Operations Manager supporting their Area comprising of a group of fantastic sites. There will also be a dotted line into the central marketing team so that you are able to stay fully up to date with company initiatives and to help drive exposure to nationwide focusses across your bars.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Execute BrewDog's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and TikTok as well as any other relevant social media platforms.
  • Generate strategies to increase social media reach and engagement. This includes, but is not exclusive to, influencer giftings, giveaways and social partnerships with adjacent brands.
  • Shoot or graphically design compelling digital content (still and video) for all channels. This includes behind-the-scenes content with the brewing team as well as producing engaging content for our bars.
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for all social channels that demonstrates value and sets BrewDog apart from the competition.
  • Manage the content calendar for social media, actively sourcing new content internally through collaboration with other departments and externally with influencer/partner brands.
  • Act as digital community manager and customer service rep on social channels - engaging and activating our social following where needed or handing off to internal team where needed.
  • Create and capture social media content, ensuring it's on brand and driving engagement
  • Use social media channels to drive further exposure of our BrewDog Las Vegas bar
  • Community manager on channels
  • Use marketing communication channels to drive the local marketing calendar
  • Use third-party websites and local community groups to drive event awareness
  • Work alongside the global marketing team to drive key marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of social marketing experience preferred with proven success in the field.
  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms, social media management tools, and social media analytics.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Comfortable on-camera and willing to be filmed / photographed for content.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify engaging and on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

FOX5, KVVU Las Vegas, is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join the #1 digital news team in Las Vegas. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and re-purposing content for digital platforms and maximizing revenue for web and social. The ideal candidate knows how to drive users from social media back to the web and is familiar with editing digital- and social-friendly videos, managing social media platforms, and video monetization.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying strong content for social media and digital video
  • Executing strong social media strategies to maximize reach and gain new audiences
  • Working with the Director of Content, Digital Content Manager, digital team, and promotions team on social strategy and posting content
  • Strong writing, editing, and grammar
  • Be informed of the latest social media trends, including the ever-changing algorithms, to maximize reach and monetize content
  • Pitching story ideas seen on social media
  • Troubleshooting any social-related queries and identifying course corrections

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as a digital social media editor or manager.
  • Background should include, at minimum, a bachelor's degree in broadcast/digital journalism or the equivalent.
  • The ideal candidate should be familiar with: Canva, Meta, X (Twitter), Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, Social Newsdesk, Linkinbio, Chartbeat, Taboola, Google Analytics, mobile app management, Arc CMS, ENPS, JVC streaming, OTT platforms, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
