**JOB SUMMARY**
_As a Digital Strategy Partner, you'll work on shaping and executing the organization's digital vision in solving key customer and business problems. The incumbent will work closely with our omni-channel Product Managers in establishing how digital experiences align with business goals/objectives and deliver on customer needs across multiple digital channels, maximizing the value and power of our digital capabilities. This will include establishing the metrics of success that will show us how our digital capabilities meet those objectives. This team member will consider market trends, tech trends, customer behavior data, performance data, customer journey analytics, amongst other data sources to recommend ways that digital channels can contribute to achieving our goals. Key activities include but are not limited to: defining and shaping digital strategy, identifying opportunities to solve business problems with digital technologies, conducting market research, external benchmarking and competitive analysis, conducting data analysis, collaborating with cross-disciplinary product teams (i.e., Product Managers, Designers, Strategists) to develop product roadmaps and initiatives, collaborating with Digital Product Management to bring strategy to life through our digital products, and working with and managing our vendor partners and other stakeholders who support our digital experiences. This role is designed for a big picture thinker and team player - someone who loves architecting digital experiences, driving innovation, and working in a highly matrixed environment!_
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative, but will include elements of team leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, project management, communication, and implementation support. Will participate on a portfolio of projects.
+ Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and the key business units of the Enterprise.
+ Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to the success of the initiative.
+ Support the identification of initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives to ensure alignment of the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the digital strategy for Maximus' web presence in alignment with organizational goals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Website Strategy & Governance: Establish and follow web governance policies and practices to ensure the website can support the organization's near- and long-term growth strategies. In addition to the overall structure and feel of the website, governance includes requirements like ADA/Section 508 accessibility. Maintain platform consistency across visual design, messaging, and usability-applying UX best practices and data-driven iteration.
- User Experience & Content Oversight: Direct the continuous improvement of website architecture, navigation, and content strategy to improve engagement, clarity, and conversion. Collaborate with marketing, communications, proposal, and delivery teams to ensure content is targeted, compliant, and credible to buyers. Work with developers and teams to lead development of custom website features and functions to enhance the website experience.
- Technology & Platform Management: Co-own the enterprise marketing technology stack, ensuring integration, optimization, and adoption across the organization. Manage website infrastructure, tools, and vendor relationships, such as CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and sales enablement systems (Highspot). Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security in partnership with IT and Cybersecurity. Oversee day-to-day operations, uptime, QA processes, and CMS workflows, with backup capability for basic website code updates.
- Analytics & Optimization: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor site performance, engagement, and lead generation. Implement A/B testing, SEO improvements, and user behavior analytics to continuously refine the site experience and content prioritization. Collaborate with marketing teams to identify, develop, and track performance analytics that inform campaign performance and reveal market insights.
- Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: As the business "owner" of the organization's website, work with other website stakeholders to ensure the website supports both near- and long-term growth initiatives across the organization. Typically manage a department or small sub-function for the organization OR a job function for a small to mid-sized business, which includes web managers, UX designers, developers, and content strategists. May also lead through influence of other teams/departments. Typically responsible for creating workforce and staffing plans for department/unit to ensure availability of human capital necessary to accomplish departmental business results. May have hiring, firing, promotion, and reward authority within own area, in accordance with guidelines. May assist with website code updates when needed.
- Message Alignment: Work closely with Lead Content Writer to ensure website messaging aligns with Marketing's standards and guidance.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required.

  • 10+ years of Federal/State government experience in enterprise software (subscription and/or SaaS/Cloud) GTM; Product Marketing, Product Management, or top-tier Management Consulting experience preferred
  • Must understand continuous process improvements (CPI) benefits and ability to rapidly communicate these benefits using multiple channels (written/video and the like)

**Job Purpose and Impact**
**The Director Digital Strategy and Execution** will be responsible for creating and executing the Digital Technology and Data Strategy for Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health's (ANH) North America business. This strategy will align with the broader Americas Regional strategy while also addressing market demands and customer needs. The role oversees the maintenance, integration, and implementation of software applications across North America. It will partner closely with business and digital technology leadership to develop and prioritize an investment portfolio aligned with business strategy. Additionally, the Director will lead a diverse, global team, providing guidance on software application testing, quality assurance, master data maintenance, configuration, installation, and support-ensuring smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new software and updates to existing applications.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Develops and executes the ANH North America strategy for application and data in alignment with business goals.
+ Leads strategy development and execution for the application portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
+ Establishes open communication channels with business leadership and offers broad oversight and guidance on the application portfolio.
+ Identifies and fosters engagement with key internal and external partners, understanding their needs and value drivers, and maintaining effective communication to ensure alignment and business success.
+ Monitors application performance and implements adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Provides oversight of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

The expected salary for this position is $148,000- $202,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
