Summary of Duties: Responsible for information technology project management. Project manage development, delivery, and support for multiple applications and business functions as well architecture, design, and technology in these areas. Provide direction and support for an application development team developing delivery and support of business and technical features. Create and maintain resource level and staffing plans to meet business project requirements. Provide high-level project oversight to teams, ensuring development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality and business standards. Provide management reports on project deliverables and schedules. Influence technology strategies and decisions utilizing high-level of expertise and knowledge. Establish and maintain strong partnership with both business stakeholders (to fully understand and meet their technological needs) and peer groups across the technology organization (to ensure optimal processes). Drive and contribute to development, modification, and attainment of strategic and tactical goals. Evaluate and recommend new and future technology to improve organizational effectiveness, customer service, reduce costs, and provide competitive advantage. Responsible for the team members' performance, job growth, and daily operational needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related quantitative field of study and 5 years of progressive work experience in Systems Programming, Software Development, Technical Project Management or any combination thereof.

Once your rotations are complete, you will be placed in a rewarding position that plays to your strengths. Information Technology Program participants have the opportunity to work in different functions, including:
**Business analyst:**
+ Perform functions on projects such as scope and requirement documentation, test case development, and user acceptance testing
+ Support the businesses' day-to-day activities and system usage / entitlement
+ Act as a liaison between the businesses and IT
+ Understand business processes and partnering on system and process changes
**Application developer:**
+ Support the design, construction and implementation phases of a system and or upgrade project
+ Apply skills to help solve problems for various business partners: Equipment automation and overall factory management,
+ IC and software design engineers, and Finance and Operations / Marketing / Supply Chain
+ Use web development, programming (C, C++, JAVA, PERL, HTML, SQL) and scripting skills in Unix or Windows environment and potentially using Oracle or similar database system in the backend.
**Systems admin / Security admin / Network specialist / Mainframe specialist:**
+ Administer client/server databases (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft) or support Enterprise UNIX environments (patch / version management)
+ Develop and execute security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.
+ Manage and maintain a large install base of computers running various operating system (ie. Unix, Oracle, SAP, Windows).
+ Plan, design and implement local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP)
+ Mainframe system and application provisioning/support using JCL, TSO, ISPF and Assembly/COBOL programming languages

Minimum requirements:
+ Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
