+ Routine day to day operations, including host management, Lustre file system and cluster management, security and compliance, automated and manual ticket resolution and customer notifications.
+ Participate in customer impacting incidents and lead timely mitigation and long-term resolution.
+ Review and approve operational readiness of new service features.
+ Continuous improvement of the service operations by proactively identifying functional improvements for the service, addressing recurring issues and improving serviceability.
+ Performing and fully own software deployments across both pre-production and production routinely using automated tools.
+ Identifying growth trends and provide input for capacity management Participating in Large Scale Events involving Service dependencies.
+ Learn and Adapt for new technologies at a high pace environment.
