o Help manage risks, constraints, and dependencies that impact the ART's goals
o Identify and track metrics that enable data-driven decisions and improvements
o Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events like Program Increment (PI) Planning and ART Syncs
• Provide back-up support to Scrum Masters and assist in fulfilling their duties if on leave
• Maintain weekly communication with the client's Product Manager and Product Owners to ensure teams are operating in lockstep with one another and recognize risk areas that can be mitigated as a group
• Manage, monitor and report on the capacity, utilization, and forecasting of the development teams to determine a development and release schedule that maximizes throughput
• Promote a strategy with tactical steps that can be implemented and monitored leading to improved code quality practices, automation testing, test-driven development, shifting of security to the left, and requirements traceability
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of Direct Management Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools
• Ability to think quickly, act swiftly, and adapt

• Experience with creating and delivering formal contract deliverables from start to finish while brokering input across the program from capability SMEs

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the point of contact for Custom Solutions project customers

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the point of contact for Custom Solutions project customers
+ Plan and schedule software deployments with customers
+ Remotely deploy software solutions on customer systems
+ Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting of custom software components
+ Gather and document information needed by Custom Solutions developers to resolve issues
+ Perform testing of Custom Solution products for new OnGuard releases
+ Triage support cases for resolution or escalation for software solutions developed by the Custom Solutions team

**You Must Have**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ **At least 3 years of experience with administration of currently supported Windows operating systems (Windows OS)**
+ **Experience configuring, testing and supporting software installations.**
+ Ability to read/decipher logs
+ Comprehensive understanding of current networking fundamentals
+ Understanding of Windows command line
+ **Entry-level knowledge of SQL database engines required**

**Responsibilities:**
The Software Engineer I provides technical expertise to create, modify and maintain software applications and systems through coding, software testing and database interactions.
