Responsible for automated system integration testing, including the design, development and maintenance of automated tests. Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Use extensive Java experience to develop, maintain and execute Automated Testing solutions using Selenium.
- Enhance existing automation tests and framework developed in Selenium.
- Document and communicate Automation functions, interfaces, performance criteria, test cases and results to diverse audiences.
- Define, design, development, documentation and maintenance of tools and Automation Frameworks for current and next gen Software Platforms/Frameworks as part of an Agile team.
- Work closely with application development and other technical team to understand how changes in the software product affect maintenance of test scripts.
- Review functional specifications/user stories for testable requirements.
- Design and develop functional test cases using traditional test design techniques.
- Support testing activities such as development of Test Approach, Test Cases and manual test execution.

Qualifications:

As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, secure and reliable software solutions by designing and developing automated test frameworks and scripts. You will work closely with developers, QA analysts and product managers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of critical applications.
Job Title: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Salary: $70,000-$120,000 per year (post-deployment)
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions using Java and Selenium
- Enhance and support existing test automation frameworks
- Develop and execute functional and integration test cases
- Analyze system requirements and collaborate on user stories to ensure testability
- Document test strategies, test cases, and test results clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Create and run complex SQL queries to validate backend data integrity
- Collaborate across teams including DevOps, Product Management and Application Development
- Proven experience in Java programming and Selenium-based test automation
- Experience creating test plans and test scripts in Agile environments
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and ALM
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
- Strong understanding of Agile CI/CD pipelines and version control systems

We are looking for a Software Development Senior Manager with deep understanding of Java/Python and its ecosystems, and strong hands-on experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
+ Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications
+ Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
+ Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas
+ Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
+ Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations
+ Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results, participate in budget management, and handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project

**Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of industry experience, with a strong hands-on experience in the hands-on development of mission-critical applications using Java/Python technologies, aligning each project with the firm's strategic objectives, and overseeing team operations to ensure project success
+ Experience with complex system integration projects
+ Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, J2EE Design Patterns, REST services.
+ Front End Technologies like JavaScript and Angular version, CSS2/CSS3, HTML
+ Strong Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Unix commands
+ Hands-on Database experience in relational (Oracle/DB2) and No-SQL (MongoDB)
+ Hands-on experience on working / deploying application on Cloud
+ Hands-on experience in code testing tools like Junit / Mockito / Cucumber.
+ Deployment Acquaintance in Apache Tomcat, Open shift or other cloud environments.
+ Expertise in Test driven development (Junit, JMeter), Continuous Integration (Jenkins), Build tool (Maven) and Version Control (Git), Development tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ).
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work in a team environment.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently.
+ Experience working with business analysts, database administrators, project managers and technical architects in multiple geographical areas.
+ Experience in the Financial Services industry is added advantage. Understanding Financial and Reporting Hierarchies will be beneficial.

+ Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

+ Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
+ Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
+ Maintain applications according to SLAs.
+ Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Performing analysis of functional requirements document;
+ Creating technical design documents;
+ Object Oriented Programming and Design methodology;
+ Developing Guidewire integrations using Guidewire Integration Gateway, Cloud APIs and Application Events;
+ Deploying applications using DevOps technologies, including Jenkins;
+ Implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices;
+ Preparing unit test plans and executing unit test cases;
+ Preparing integration test plan, or performing test driven development (TDD);
+ Executing unit test cases, or performing code reviews or test case reviews; and
+ Managing onshore and offshore delivery teams supporting critical applications.
