This role operates on a hybrid model, offering flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects from inception to launch. This includes managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business and technology strategies.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple software development projects.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, clear, and concise project status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices throughout the development process.
  • Oversee budget management and track project expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance.
  • Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
  • Mentor junior program and project managers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program and project management, with a significant focus on software development.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level software projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various technology stacks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Experience with risk management and change control processes.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.
