**Job Responsibilities :**
+ Specific experience deploying commercial software at scale into an enterprise environment. Develop and enforce robust change management practices to ensure system integrity and security.
+ Show strong experience defining and implementing infrastructure as Code (IaC), working with CI/CD pipelines, and associated automation tooling.
+ Function in systems engineering, systems integrations, and systems administration roles. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems internals.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Formal training or certification on Engineering and/or Cybersecurity concepts and 5+ years applied experience as a cloud engineer, deployment engineer, DevOps engineer, or equivalent role.

+ Demonstrated skills in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise level security solutions.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sports marketing initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Key responsibilities include: cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with sports leagues, teams, athletes, and influencers; identifying new sponsorship and partnership opportunities; developing compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising; managing the sports marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI; analyzing campaign performance and providing detailed reports with actionable insights; leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals; staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge; organizing and executing on-site activations and events at sporting venues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience of at least 7 years in sports marketing, with a strong track record of success in managing major sports sponsorships and campaigns. Excellent understanding of the sports industry, including its various disciplines and key stakeholders. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for sports and marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is required.
