**Compensation** : Our Specialist Procurement Consulting earn between $87,200- $30,800 USD Annual in Dallas, TX. Senior Strategy Consultants earn between 71,800- 116,800 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Required
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline
+ 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience specifically within Shared Services, Outsourcing, Offshoring, or back-office functional optimization
+ Demonstrated experience in service delivery model strategy, design, implementation, and optimization for multi-functional or single-function entities
+ Knowledge of multiple GBS (Global Business Services) pillars, including but not limited to HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations, or Legal
+ Hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or comparable customer-oriented workflow platforms
