As the Defense/ Auto GTM Readiness - Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives orchestration and activation to achieve pipeline, value wins and customer NPS targets. In this role, you are responsible for initiative definition, initiative design and initiative delivery and activation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Defense/Auto GTM is successful for our customers, partners and employees.

+ Initiative Execution: Drive end-to-end initiative success across the organization, with expertise in Defense/Auto and operational rigor to execute
+ Program management: Drive cross-functional teams to align on and execute initiative delivery
**Core Responsibilities** ** **
**Execute initiative strategy and activation** (working cross functionally with Global Industries and Solutions and key partners such as Industry GTM, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, Customer Success and other key stakeholders), including but not limited to: 
+ **Define the elements of a successful initiative** including key outcomes targeted, deliverables created, workstreams to execute, accountabilities and structured workback plan
+ **Manage and support execution and deliverables aligned to the initiative, working closely with Global Industries and Solution teams and other stakeholders, including** : industry / CxO persona based first-call-decks, storyboard and demo delivery, customer transformation stories, other critical Industry, CxO persona collateral and enablement content 
+ **Manage and support scaling of Industry and CxO Persona based GTM across the org, including** :  support successful enablement in the field, support solution scaling with partners, support to ensure global alignment for sales and solution plays 
+ **Track and measure Global Industries and Solutions success** **  **
**Program manage** across the team and work cross-functionally to structure initiatives and drive actionable results:
+ Develop program scope and objectives, actively manage roadblocks and risks, and deliver on business outcomes
+ Orchestrate program execution, coordinate resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and manage cross functional stakeholders
+ Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business 
+ Provide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholders 
Candidate Experience:
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ 7+ years of work experience, with extensive experience in the Defense/Auto where you have designed and executed initiatives that have driven growth
+ Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions  
+ High energy, disciplined execution and prioritization skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results 
+ Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments 
+ Experience in self-serving data through Tableau and / or PowerBI instances a plus 
+ Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus 
+ Experience with ServiceNow a plus

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Director of Strategic Manufacturing Initiatives** to join our dynamic team. This position will drive pivotal initiatives that enhance our global manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness.
**Summary:** The Director of Strategic Manufacturing Initiatives will lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize our manufacturing footprint across multiple facilities worldwide. This role requires a transformative leader with a deep understanding of supply chain management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a consistent track record of driving product/ manufacturing transfers to support tariff mitigation and/or costs reduction efforts, improving operational efficiencies, and implementing large scale change.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enable the manufacturing footprint, including facility consolidation, relocation, and expansion.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, finance, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful execution of footprint optimization initiatives.
+ Maintain relationships with key partners, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
+ Define and implement differentiated supply chain strategies from concept to implementation
+ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of footprint optimization efforts.
+ Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for future actions.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies in manufacturing and supply chain management.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role focused on footprint optimization/costs out initiatives. Consulting experience is preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing of consumables, resin, chemicals, or columns production
+ **Experience in consumables, chemicals and/or columns required.**
+ Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Role necessitates influencing and collaborating effectively with executive leadership, collaborators and cross-functional teams.
+ In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence methodologies.
+ Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
+ Ability to travel as required to oversee global manufacturing operations and projects. Extensive experience with cross functional project portfolio, including prioritization and sequencing to enhance business impact.
+ Strong background in change management and transformation with expertise in driving adoption of new processes, technology adoption and business practices across complementary teams.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range estimated for this position based in Texas is $45,500.00- 194,000.00.
