**Job Description:**
+ The Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for accurate and timely coordination and communication to support all Owner Furnished Equipment for specific sites and/or metro areas.
+ The candidate will report to the Delivery Program Manager for functional activities and the local Data Center Services manager for site specific action items. Candidate must be able to travel to site or vendor locations when requested and approved.
+ This position is open for Kirkland, WA and Atlanta, GA locations (onsite in a hybrid model).
**Responsibilities:**
+ Owner Furnished Equipment scope alignment with all stakeholders including latest redacted Purchase Order documentation, logistics and delivery details, responsibility transfer between vendor and site, and identification of potential scope gaps.
+ Schedule reviews related to Owner Furnished Equipment.
+ Purchase Order change management tracking and reporting.
+ Progress reporting including delivery milestones and quality compliance updates.
+ Notification of potential delays or quality issues from the Owner Furnished Equipment vendor followed by mitigation collaboration with site and corrective action plans with Owner Furnished Equipment vendor.
+ Weekly status and risk updates.
+ Drive risk identification and escalation activities with site general contractor including transfer of ownership, equipment protection plans, and loose ship material management.
+ Coordinate offsite integration activities with contractors.
+ Track internal project-related bugs to support timely resolution.
+ Escalate risks as prescribed by the Delivery Program Manager lead.
**Experience:**
+ Maintain stakeholder map and contact details.
+ Track record across supply chain improvements.
+ Develop and solidify core operations and supply chain framework.
+ Tracker / Owner Furnished Equipment Kickoff Meetings - alignment with site.

+ Commissioning requirements verification checklist.
+ Gap analysis and risk review - general contractor and Owner Furnished Equipment scope.
+ Weekly status reports including progress, logistics, quality updates, change orders / alerts, and action items.
+ Monthly status summary reports including weekly roll-up, functional alignment, bug status, and risk review.
+ Trip reports if visiting site or vendor locations.
+ Ship loose material tracking report (as applicable).
+ Timely and accurate communications via systems and tools.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Hands-on experience in 2 or more complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations.
+ At least 3 years of Oracle implementation experience.
+ Proven ability to define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design as-is/to-be business processes, conduct conference room pilots, perform functional configuration and testing, and deliver client user training. Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
+ A Bachelor's degree

Key job responsibilities
Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales to help partners and customers learn how to leverage AWS Offerings, solutions, assets, technologies, and advisory consulting.
Solutions - Ideate, create, launch, incubate, and scale new solutions as a part of packaged Offerings in the area of Supply Chain and with focus on the warehousing and fulfillment space.
Solutions - Creation and delivery of sales material, delivery documentation, training material, and other artifacts and content as needed to support sales and delivery teams.
Delivery - Define and deliver on-site Professional Services engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements, specifically focused on the Supply Chain with emphasis on warehousing and fulfillment.
Delivery - Engagements include travel including on-site visits to customer locations in order to assess, analyze, and generally provide deep subject matter expertise in both functional and technical aspects of warehousing and fulfillment. This will require the ability to gain customer trust by bringing deep experience in various aspects of Supply Chain, and the ability to align with customers on opportunity areas which will bring them value through delivery of AWS ProServe packaged Offerings.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management positions including operations management, engineering, IT/Business IT, solutions design, continuous improvement, or business development
- Experience implementing at least 3 supply chain optimization projects involving areas such as order management, forecasting, transportation, logistics, assortment planning, fulfillment, or returns processing
- Experience evaluating and implementing at least 1 emerging technology solution for supply chain management such as AI/ML applications, automated storage solutions, or robotics/automation systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering background required; Master's degree desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency with at least 2 supply chain management systems such as WMS, YMS, LMS, OMS, or TMS
- Professional Services or Consulting experience in highly-visible customer-facing roles.
- Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to Supply Chain, warehousing, and fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
