Job Description
The Supply Chain Management Analyst will analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities, coordinating for economy of purchases. The role involves assessing material locations, initiating redistribution actions, evaluating supplier and customer data regarding repair capabilities and capacity, and performing assessments of configuration change impact on the supply support system. The analyst will review the applicability of warranties to allocate costs and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for the overall inventory health across the global distribution network for stocked parts.
+ Manage MRP capabilities related to inventory balancing and replenishment for stocked and non-stocked parts.
+ Coordinate with program management and finance to ensure alignment between inventory plans and business/financial performance goals.
+ Collaborate across the supply chain team and technical engineering communities to leverage insights for supportability and planning strategies.
+ Partner with Customer Program Managers and utilize customer relationships to gather intelligence for demand planning.
+ Identify and dispose of excess material, sourcing excess materials from within the overall supply network.
+ Integrate with Program Management and Business Development on stocking strategies both domestically and internationally.
+ Key contributor to the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process, responsible for Inventory Planning.
+ Achieve Supply Chain Planning Key Performance Indicators such as Fill Rate, On Time Delivery, and Stocked Metrics, determining root cause/corrective action for metric degraders.
+ Maintain and report performance for Tailored Part Packages/Service Level Agreements.
+ Identify and manage critical parts utilizing Management Control and Inventory Reserve capabilities to protect AOG Hi Priority orders.
+ Partner with Supplier Management, Finance, and Program Management to develop sourcing strategies that utilize long-term contracts and maximize material cost breaks.
+ Leverage analytics capabilities to continue the automation of business processes.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Planning, or Science Engineering.
+ Experience with SAP.
+ Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning Strategy.
+ Excellent Excel modeling skills.

Work Environment
The work environment is an office setting with a team of about 20 members located on-site in DFW. The team consists mainly of asset managers, specializing in supplier management and customer-facing interactions. The role involves very limited travel to Seattle. Technologies used include SAP for managing 70,000 unique stocked aircraft parts and SPM, a new software where previous experience is not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.75 - $48.54/hr.

**Job Summary**
Raytheon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management to support the RSS Product Line for a program onsite in Plano, Texas. **What You Will Do:**
+ Lead a team of four with ownership of several TINA suppliers, with focus on collaborating with the Program IPTs to ensure cost effective material availability for production requirements.
+ Sales forecasting of all assigned ETC.
+ Support program capture efforts in working with New Business Team to get compliant material pricing submittals and developing BOE's (Basis of Estimates) for MPM support labor.
+ Create, manage, and execute MPS (Material Program Strategy and the MPP (Material Program Plan) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance; from the front end of the business through contract closure.
+ Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0-11 activities and ensures IPDP compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicable. Key activities typically include: financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, etc.)
+ Monitor and proactively address performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, quality, and EVMS.
+ Collaborate with other programs to maximize efficiency of program execution including other RI&S programs commonality.

- Maintains responsibility for all SCM activities for a small or medium site or a segment of the SCM functions at a large site.
- Provides leadership and direction to multiple departments on structuring processes, layouts, and resources.

This role spans Repair Management (RM), Supplier Management (SM), Cost Recovery Team (CRT), and technical review of Quotes.
