Your responsibilitiesIn this role you will be working with the aftermarket division of Berco. Bilstein and Berco together make up the automotive aftermarket branch of thyssenkrupp. Berco produces mission critical undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture machinery. Together with our customers, we create long lasting solutions by combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembling.
The product support field specialist manages support functions essential to sales force productivity and works in correlation with the Key Account Manager. These job duties include Promoting, Training and Supporting the Dealer network to enable product sales and process improvement.
This role is a remote role that can be done from many states within the United States. Significant travel, up to 50% of the time, is expected within the U.S. and Canada.
- Works directly with the Global Product Support Manager and the Key Account Manager to refine and implement a sales process.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services designated for Aftermarket application.
- Supports and manages all service and product support systems and dealer sales enablers
- Visits end users along with dealers to promote products, special applications and capture VOC and VOC at site level in order to measure and understand product performance.
- Monitors competitor sales activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key accounts and key strategic partners.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives and PSSR's at dealer organizations maintaining relationships, training, supporting and developing product and portfolio knowledge at branch level to enable sales
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and product support related organizations.
- Prepares technical and commercial materials
- Acts as main liaison between the dealer and the warranty, engineering and other technical supports functions
- Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Your profile
This role is a remote role that can be done from many, but not all, states within the United States. Significant travel, up to 50% of the time, is expected within the U.S. and Canada.
- Education/Credentials/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, mechanical or equivalent experience required
- Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Aftermarket parts or similar business
- Knowledge of undercarriage systems and parts preferred
- Prefer more than 10 years of experience in Aftermarket business

All Kids Academy Head Start is seeking a Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team in the mission to close the achievement gap by providing quality school readiness programs and comprehensive services to children, families, and communities in East County.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Disabilities/Mental Health Services Coordinator, the Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development, support, and well-being of children enrolled in the Head Start, Early Head Start, and California State Preschool programs. This position works collaboratively with teaching staff, the Early Childhood Behavior Specialist, and the Education Department to ensure that comprehensive practices are implemented consistently, behavior support plans are followed, and accommodations outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) are integrated into daily routines. The Support Specialist promotes a supportive, and an all-encompassing learning environment for all children.
Hours per week: 20 hours per week
Weeks Per year: 45 weeks per year

This individual has an ability for troubleshooting issues beyond "computer stuff." In this role, you will be troubleshooting our diagnostics instruments (cytology and molecular), reagents, and operator issues.
You will be offering technical support to internal customers (R&D, Field Service, Quality, Marketing, etc.) and external customers (Lab technicians, hospitals, etc.) via phone and email.
We provide support 24/7, you may be on-call and serve as back-up for technical and application support as needed, including some holidays.
**Key Outcomes:**
+ Provide customers with service and product troubleshooting for cytology and molecular products, including instruments, reagents, and software, via phone and email.
+ Document calls in the CRM system and escalate issues that require further investigation.
+ Authorize return of customer product for investigation.
+ Determine replacement of product as warranted.

+ Act as liaison to other departments within the division concerning issues related to specific product lines.

+ You are comfortable speaking on the phone and have flexibility in your schedule.

**Additional qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in biology, Cytotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field (required).
+ ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT), Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification or equivalent (desired).
+ Experience as a Cytology Prep Technician (desired).
+ Experience with cytology, RT PCR, molecular, or virology (desired).
+ Ability to troubleshoot Laboratory Information Systems interfaces and/or network computers (desired).
+ Bilingual (French and English) is a plus
