About the Role:
We are looking for a candidate to join our ERP Admin & Development team to help with both technical and functional needs relating to Business Central. As our company continues to scale, this role is responsible for development and enhancements to the Microsoft D365 Business Central application system and other line of business applications (e.g. CieTrade, AMCS’s SAI and PC Scales). The role will require cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing teams within all areas of the Circular Services family. Additionally, this candidate will provide day-to-day support for end users on Business Central’s Continia, Multi Entity Management, AR, AP, Project, and Fixed Assets modules.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL code, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
- Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs, and collaborate with IT to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.
- Partner with end-users to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and optimize module usage across AR, AP, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to system functionality, workflows, and reporting while serving as a primary point of contact for user inquiries and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver user training programs, guides, and documentation to support new and existing users, and stay current on Business Central updates to incorporate relevant system enhancements.
- Leverage SQL Server knowledge and utilize Azure services to support database management and cloud-based solutions.
- Apply project management and agile methodologies to ensure efficient system implementation, enhancement, and support.
- Design and build Power Apps to automate workflows and improve user experience.

PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE:
The Senior Systems Administrator is a key member of the IT department responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing the organization's network and systems infrastructure. This role directly reports to the IT Support Manager under the supervision of VP of IT, and combines advanced system administration expertise with high-level network administration responsibilities, ensuring that CRF’s technology environment remains secure, resilient, and scalable. The ideal candidate brings proven technical skills, experience supporting mission-driven organizations, and the ability to align IT operations with organizational goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maters Degree in Information Technology, or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or lead role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), routing, and switching
- Proven experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and enterprise backup solutions
- Hands-on experience with network security, firewalls, and compliance-driven IT environments
- Experience in non-profit or social services organizations strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Network & Systems Administration
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust and secure network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems
- Proactively monitor network and server performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability and reliability
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services
- Administer virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS) to ensure scalability and business continuity
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch management with minimal downtime
Security & Compliance
- Implement and enforce network and system security policies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls

Skills and attributes for success:
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions primarily consisting of COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
- Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) leveraging on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
- Maintain external access to ALS tools including identity and access management for external stakeholders. For example, expert witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS collaborators, etc.
- Perform system maintenance including backups, restore operations, application and platform software updates, performance tuning, system monitoring, etc.
- Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides and end user documentation. Documentation must be updated at least semi-annually
- Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, completed projects and planned activities.
- Selectee will work with the IT leadership supporting ALS applications and infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in the computer science or management information/technology disciplines) OR equivalent years of experience will be considered/accepted in lieu of degree.
- At least 5 years of hands-on, directly applicable experience actually doing the work of implementing the kinds of systems being set up - e.g., UNIX, Windows, Network Storage Solutions, etc. - will usually be expected. At least 5 years of these years of experience must be in litigation support applications and application software, e.g., Oracle, Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director, other web hosting platforms, etc.
- Must have actually done the work of designing, obtaining equipment and software, installing, integrating, testing, etc., in the environment required.
- Must have experience with large systems with a complex mix of operating systems and functions.
- At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications, using the applicable database management software.
- Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning and modeling, applications planning, human factors issues, distributed processing, and business process analysis.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks and PC and server-based databases and applications.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of the Government's security requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Must have experience with Relativity.
- Must have experience with SQL server version 2012 and later.
- Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance

GENETEC SECURITY CAMERA & ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Reports to: Vice President, Management Systems FLSA: Non-Exempt
Work Shift: Mon – Fri 8.5 hours/day
Under the direction of the Vice President of Management Systems for Hudson River Park Trust (the “Trust” or “HRPT”), the Security Systems Analyst is responsible for (1) configuring, operating, and maintaining the park’s security camera and access controls systems; (2) retrieving and storing security camera footage for business practices and legal proceedings; (3) liaising with external State and City agencies and vendors; and (4) providing technical assistance to Trust staff on an as-needed basis.
Background:
The Hudson River Park Trust (The Trust) is a public benefit corporation created by an act of the New York State Legislature and a 501(c) (3) charitable organization. The mission of the Trust is to design, construct and maintain a prominent, and very heavily used, four-mile-long waterfront park on the west side of Manhattan. The Park features landscaped public piers and gardens, lawn areas, athletic fields, esplanades, docks, public sculptures and other special features. Also located within the park are several commercial facilities, including the 2,000 space Pier 40 parking garage, the Pier 57 development project site, excursion vessel piers, various restaurant and concession facilities and a large sports complex. HRPT depends on revenue generated from these and other tenants to support its operating expenses.
Responsibilities/Duties:
The Security Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Management Systems department in analyzing present practices and implementing solutions geared towards enhancing the organization’s security and access control systems. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Security Cameras:
- Monitor and maintain the security camera network utilizing Genetec software, including:
- Reviewing daily outage reports and taking corrective action
- Periodically checking cameras for changes to alignment
- Monitoring bandwidth rates and adjusting as needed
- Monitoring camera server storage consumption
- Periodically check nighttime video quality on all cameras
- Conduct preliminary troubleshooting on camera outages
- Download videos as needed or upon request
- Review block diagrams and request updates when needed
- Coordinate new installations, systems maintenance and service repairs
- Configure new cameras and servers
- Liaison with security camera contractors, NYPD LMSI, and internal departments
- Serve as Genetec system administrator
Access Controls:
- Provide helpdesk support for issuance of new access control cards
- Support ID Cart Printing Machine
- Update lock/unlock schedules for doors
- Make modifications to user groups
- Monitor cloudlink status on daily basis and take corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate new installations, systems maintenance, and service repairs
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in public or business administration, information technology, finance or a related area and five (5) years of relevant work experience (a Master’s degree in information technology or a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of work experience);
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with public sector procedures and operations;
- Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server;
- Proficiency with Genetec Security Center 5.11, Genetec Cloudlinks, Genetec Streamvault Directory Servers and Archivers;
- Proficiency with Citrix and camera KVM;
- Experience working with Axis and Monotix security cameras, Siklu radios;
- Experience working with Mercury Access Control Panel, Best Key Systems, and IDH Max Lockesets;
- Proficiency with MS Excel (VBA); Adobe Acrobat;, and/or MS Project; ArcGIS, MS 365, and/or other database platforms are a plus;
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner within a complex, rapidly evolving, and regulated environment.
