Job Description:
The Digital Learning Solutions Project Lead manages the implementation of the firm's WalkMe solutions, and other future solutions as needed. The role requires strong systems implementation experience and project management skills, with preferred experience managing WalkMe digital adoption platform solutions or comparable digital adoption platforms. The Digital Learning Solutions Project Lead will be responsible for setting up baseline platform metrics, managing scope and project timelines while ensuring quality through QA processes, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of WalkMe solutions, and other future solutions as needed
- Coordinate projects through planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee requirements gathering, design, editing, and maintenance of digital adoption solutions.
- Establish metrics, track analytics, and maintain ongoing reporting to demonstrate ROI and drive executive decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful outcomes.
- Drive release management processes.
Project Management and Communications
- Demonstrate strong project management practices, including adjusting timelines, assigning tasks as appropriate, and providing necessary links/resources so the team has what it needs.
- Manage project plans and keep leadership apprised of project status, issues, risks, and critical decisions.
- Collaborate with the product owners to understand stakeholder priorities and adapt solutions accordingly.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional team members while managing up by providing concise updates and information to managers.
- Work closely with the firm's external learning vendor, ensuring they adhere to strict timelines and quality expectations and partnering with them to modify the courses as needed
- Ability to translate technical details (e.g., WalkMe functionality, adoption data, QA outcomes) into business value for leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Metrics Development and Reporting
- Lead the establishment of baseline platform metrics and oversee ongoing measurement and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor adoption performance and optimize digital experiences.
- Create on-going and ad-hoc reports for various audiences, including executives

- Research and advise on new learning solutions, capabilities, features, and other trends to maximize the firm's investment
- Ensure quality through rigorous QA processes.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8AM to Finish /Thursday 10AM to Finish and Saturday 6AM to Finish.
Pay rate: $27 per hour.

- Meet customer requirements and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

What is my role?
End-to-End (E2E) Warehouse Operations - Hands-On Execution.
What You'll Do
- Inbound Operations: Lead the unloading, inspection, and receipt of inbound shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Putaway: Ensure efficient and accurate placement of received goods into inventory storage locations.
- Amazon Packing & Routing (SME): Act as Subject Matter Expert for Amazon packing, labeling, and routing processes; ensure compliance with Amazon standards.
- Pick/Pack & Ship: Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and packaging quality.
- Clerical Duties: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and returns. Assist with documentation and filing.
- System Navigation: Utilize WMS and internal portals for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
- Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Update and manage spreadsheets, logs, and reports. Conduct basic data analysis and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Assist with daily task coordination across warehouse functions.
- Provide peer training, procedural guidance, and support to associates.
- Act as a point of contact for operational questions or escalations.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and in compliance with certification and safety procedures.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.
- Experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
- PIT/MHE certified (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
- Experience with Amazon packing and routing standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement practices.
