**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Building Automation Systems Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring and programming software and hardware for DOC Building Automation Systems.
**What you'll do:**
+ Collaborate with the engineering team on the system configuration, network and software requirements, graphics, programming, and sequences of operations.
+ Configures the graphics, database, network, and integrations.
+ Develops programming, graphics, and sequences of operations for DOC control systems.
+ Maintains accurate and thorough project documentation and redlines.
+ Records and communicates deviations to the project team.
+ Executes system functional testing and commissioning.
+ Executes systems upgrades and BAS maintenance on exiting accounts.
+ Provides owner trainings required by the project.
+ Provide high quality customer service and in line with operational processes.

**What you'll need to be successful:**
+ Niagara N4 certification and experience required
+ JCI, Honeywell, and/or Trane controller experience helpful but not required for consideration

+ Thorough understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and common controls sequences along with fundamental control theory and logic.

As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxury community ensuring a quality living experience for our residents

• Utilizing your troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools and security systems
• Developing a strong rapport with residents and assisting them with resolving various general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a timely manner
• Working closely with the service team, you will help prepare vacant apartment units ensuring they are ready to lease to prospective residents per company specifications
• Helping the service team maintain a strong curb appeal at the property

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
• General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry
• CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire)
• Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
• Strong customer service skills
• At times, will be required to be on call

Pay Range:  $17 98 - 21.46 per hour

- working in a lean manufacturing environment to formulate and manufacture large bulks of reagents, scheduling aliquot and performing quality control test to ensure specifications are met.

- Working in the general media room supplying the onsite department labs with off the shelves Media and reagents.

-Manufacture and perform quality control test for Electrocompetent cell lines
