_This position will be responsible for performing various duties on assigned programs, which include, but are not limited to the following:_
+ _Serves as the primary Manufacturing interface with the assigned Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain (SCM), Mission Assurance (MA), and customers._
+ _Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with program managers, line managers, and customers._
+ _Cost Account Manager (CAM) for Manufacturing Operations budget, including Earned Value Management reporting and variance reporting. Ensures that the required manufacturing and test resources are forecasted and secured to execute the job (people, equipment, and facilities)._
+ _Representing Manufacturing at the program Configuration Control Board, ensuring proper implementation of design changes._
+ _Active participant in program risk management activity, ensuring any applicable Manufacturing risks and/or opportunities are captured and managed in the program risk register_
+ _Supporting and generating proposal documentation as needed to foster new work._
+ _Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with several layers of coworkers and management._
+ _Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines._
+ _Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity, creativity, and participation of internal and /or external personnel & teams._
+ _Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint._

**_Basic Qualifications (Principal level, T3)_** **_:_**
+ _Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience; Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of related experience._

+ _Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM) techniques, which includes program cost and schedule management._

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop detailed project schedules that ensure all teams are aligned, aware of important project milestones, updates to timelines, and call out potential conflicts.
+ Lead project management of highly complex / Sr leadership level initatives
+ Partner with MGM leadership to identify solutions for process and resource optimization
+ Partner with Product Management to initiate projects in internal project software (Workfront/Groot).
+ Guide projects from beginning to end as the "go-to" person on progress and status, and ensure projects are updated in Workfront as milestones are met.
+ Lead weekly status meetings with primary teams to ensure everyone is aware of where projects are in the life cycle and the status on near-term deliverables.
+ Call out scheduling, resource, or other issues well in advance and offer up solutions for addressing them while ensuring the team is aware of timing effects on requested changes and communicate to all impacted partners.
+ Proactively collaborate with all teams and partners to ensure projects flow through all stages of project pipeline
+ Establish entrepreneurial mindset and drive projects and work with high level of autonomy.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of ad agency project management, professional marketing, or related experience.
+ Experience leading a high volume of complex projects with moderate to high level of autonomy.
+ Advanced knowledge of media, CRM and technology industries and best practices.
+ Proficiency in establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and peers to problem solve and inspire others.
+ Optimize projects for redundancy and establish efficiencies across business segments and campaigns
+ Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with heightened attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 
**What you will do:** ** **
Our internship program provides you with the opportunity to learn more about us while you collaborate with peers across North America. As a Construction Project Manager Intern, you may experience and assist in:
· Planning and coordinating assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters and set procedures to accomplish system objectives. This could include generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, CPM Analysis; and Histogram Analysis
· Working directly with the engineering team to support engineering programming and material selection activities related to projects.
· Assisting in establishing and maintaining an operations budget for assigned projects by revising the original estimate based on validated project scope and monitoring the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion by managing expenses.
· Collaborating on preparations for sub-contractor requests for quotations (RFQ), including scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; bonding requirements; and billing schedule of values.
· Receiving and qualifying subcontractor proposals; with help supervising the work of project assigned staff, subcontractors and installers.
· Communicating with contractors, subcontractors and owners to discuss scope of project, budgets, performance, and close-out as well as with other team members concerning problems, obstacles, issues, and information needs.
**What you will bring:**
· Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree throughout the entire duration of the summer internship. Strongly preferred degree in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or equivalent degree.
· Candidates must have completed at least their sophomore or 2 nd year before the start of the summer internship to be eligible for internship positions.
· Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
· Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
· This posting is for multiple opportunities. Some positions may be remote while others may require a hybrid or onsite assignment at one of our facilities across North America.
