We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our dedicated team on-site in Decatur, IL. This full-time role involves supporting and maintaining IT and HealthIT systems, providing technical assistance to staff, and ensuring the seamless operation of systems critical to the delivery of patient care. Position Overview:

As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support for healthcare software, hardware, and network systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the implementation of new technologies. Key Responsibilities:

**Position Summary:**
The Technology Engineer applies engineering principles to new and existing facilities with tasks ranging from process design to the evaluation/implementation of new technologies. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the specific definition and design to support plant automation modernization and ensure alignment with ADM standards, best practices, and design standardization across all plants within Oilseeds.
This is a key position for successful implementation of the roll-out of a high-profile global project. The ADM Modernization Program (Program Aurora) is an ADM Operations Initiative to modernize our strategic facilities through Automation and Optimization. Utilizing technology and ADM expertise, we will reduce unplanned downtime, support safety initiatives, increase OEE and standardize our processes across our business units. The Program is an enabler for ADM's Digital Transformation.
This position will support multiple locations throughout North America and requires up to 20% of time spent travelling to those locations.
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Provides technical requirements for process operability in automation solution.
+ Provides appropriate ADM standards and best practices for equipment specifications and process design & layout.

The OT Senior Network Engineer is responsible to drive Modernization Project actions and tasks as assigned by Modernization OT Lead. They are responsible for OT technical definition and design to support assigned projects. **Network Engineer III, Operational Technology (OT)**
This is an exempt level position.
The organization would consider placing this position in any large ADM manufacturing facility. Potential locations include:  Decatur IL, Cedar Rapids IA, Clinton IA, Marshall MN, Columbus NE. Other large ADM manufacturing locations are open for consideration.
**Position Summary:**
As a key member of the Operational Technology (OT) team, you will be responsible for advancing the capabilities and performance of network infrastructure within the ADM OT/Process Automation (PA) environment.
You will work closely with OT engineers and PA engineers, and partner with key business segments, Global Technology (GT, which is ADM's IT dept.), and your global OT peers to provide enhanced plant support and high-quality project delivery. 
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Create innovative network engineering solutions and designs within defined standards and architectures, ensuring that designs work holistically within larger solutions
+ Specify, configure, implement, and maintain plant process level networking hardware
+ Create build instructions and Low Level diagrams (rack elevation drawing, full connection path to each endpoint on the network, IP Address, switch specific configuration information, fiber pair for process, and port/cable numbers or labels for each device) for network engineering designs and support operations teams during implementation
+ Implement and manage effective network security
+ Utilize monitoring tools, packet capture and other analytic utilities to assess potential issues and maintain network health
+ Design, enhance and manage MDF and IDF closets including cabling, racking and power systems in partnership with GT
+ Perform capacity planning and lifecycle management to ensure all hardware, firmware, and software provides seamless service to plants
+ Manage and implement firewall rules and changes as needed
+ Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes and propose improvement activities
+ Incorporate security-by-design into all solutions, ensuring that security requirements are considered concurrently with technical requirements
+ Work closely with GT and PA leads as an escalation point, providing OT network engineering support to operations teams, assisting with incident resolution
+ Liaise with third party vendors when appropriate to create engineering solutions to review and implement those solutions as well as continuous improvement proposals
+ Carry out continuous personal development, ensuring technical skills are kept up to date and non-technical skills are gained and improved
+ Provide boots on the ground support for ADM plants -emergency and break fix, planned installations, limited personal computer/end user support, etc.
+ Some travel and on-call work are expected as part of this position
**Required Skills:**
+ Ability to manage the lifecycle, maintenance, and upgrades of network technologies
+ Understanding of switch programming and commands
+ Experience in network architecture design and development, both physical and virtual
+ Understanding of OT network communication protocols (including TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, and PROFINET)
+ Highly motivated, self-starter
+ Comfortable working with cross-functional global teams
+ Strong documentation and organizational skills
+ Must have the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and succeed in an environment of competing priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment; willingness to learn new skills and take direction from other team members; and ability to organize information and manage time efficiently
+ Experience in supporting plant operations and 24/7 operating requirements
+ Experience of working as a technology generalist with a high-level understanding of end-to-end solutions including infrastructure, applications, databases, networking, and security
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline 
+ Experience supporting enterprise-level technology operations and services, including experience managing the lifecycle, maintenance, and upgrades of network technologies
+ Ability to travel or work on-call as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Bachelors degree (or higher) in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, etc.
+ Network-specific experience 
+ Technical experience with Process Automation systems, including Rockwell, Emerson DeltaV or Valmet (Novatech) D/3, would be considered an asset for the position
