Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst with strong technical
knowledge of Software and Hardware support. Responsibilities include technical support,
root cause analysis, maintaining user records, and collaborating to improve processes
through research and automation. The role also involves development projects, creating
technical documentation, and monitoring system health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform support to various technical issues raised by users, responding to queries and providing technical recommendations to prevent repeated problems and issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting software or systems issues.
- Updating and maintaining user records within the Microsoft ecosystem and other related tools.
- Researching, identifying, and testing potential solutions/systems with the IT and Operational Team that can help improve our productivity and reduce downtime.
- Collaborating with the IT Manager and/or Team in improving the processes through research and analysis, reviews, reporting, automation, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in development projects related to the automation of processes, the building of applications, and integration between internal systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications, training material, and user guides.
- Monitoring systems service health, upgrades, and downtime.
- Other related and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Experienced working as an Information Technology Analyst, Service/Help Desk Support or Technical Support.
- Updated and knowledgeable with the latest technology trends including AI, Cloud computing, and IoT.
- Experienced working on Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.
- Should have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work with various departments (IT, Operations, Sales, etc.)
- Education: Demonstrated advanced technical skills with a proven ability to learn quickly.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in both software and hardware troubleshooting.

Looking for a Project Manager with the requisite skill set to analyze and translate data into information, information into insight and insight into comprehensive senior management stakeholder reporting. The candidate will be able to work under tight deadlines, complete typical project business analysis, and manage project timelines. The candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience where they have performed data analysis and reconciliation within a financial institute middle office or operations group.
Data Profiling and Data Mapping- Collect Interpret data, analyze results using analytical techniques and provide ongoing results in a comprehensive manner. Working closely with Financial Crimes Analysts and Quantitative Modelers to review business requirements and data needs.

Responsibilities:
Gather intelligence from subject matter experts and administers about needs and future improvements.
Assist in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing requirements for software projects, includes conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing documentation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
Work closely with system owner and end users to assess their current software development processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization. This involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Manage change request and define the change implementation with steering committee.
At the direction of the Authority and in coordination with the Application group Project Manager, collaborate with in-house/off-site development team to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. This includes documenting user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in building applications/workflows that meets the business needs. The applications/workflows
include in-house full-stack developed web application in .Net/React framework, and nocode/ low-code solution built in the enterprise platforms, including but not limited to
Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platforms, OpenText Content Server, and eBuilder.
Develop, enhance and maintain the Power BI reports and SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) for Engineering applications.
Help to prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, and feasibility.
Assist in defining a comprehensive quality assurance and testing strategy to ensure the application/workflow meets quality standards and fulfills business requirements. This includes defining test plans and test cases, conducting testing activities, and collect test user feedback throughout the development lifecycle, and perform code compliance review.
Prepare user guide, user training material, and provide in-person/online user training.
Provide general Engineering help desk support as a member of the Apps Support Team
REQUIRED Education, Technical Qualifications and Experience
a. Must possess a bachelors degree from an accredited college, and

Description:
Looking for a Project Manager with the requisite skill set to analyze and translate data into information, information into insight and insight into comprehensive senior management stakeholder reporting. The candidate will be able to work under tight deadlines, complete typical project business analysis, and manage project timelines. The candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience where they have performed data analysis and reconciliation within a financial institute middle office or operations group.
Data Profiling and Data Mapping- Collect Interpret data, analyze results using analytical techniques and provide ongoing results in a comprehensive manner. Working closely with Financial Crimes Analysts and Quantitative Modelers to review business requirements and data needs.
Data Flows - Review data flows design to understand and communicate impacts related to new data sourced and/or new projects.
Business Requirements - review and work with the business to obtain requirements. Then, determine impacts and translate into requirements for Dev teams.
Business analysis - complete business analysis tasks and help manage timelines in support of various projects
Manage processes, improve methods and procedures. Locate and define new process improvement and automation opportunities and work with development partners to implement. Develop standards.
Manage project deliverables - manage timelines for deliverables and review status with project teams.
Working knowledge of various financial instruments / products across Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Wealth Management, etc. such as Securities, Derivatives, Credit card, Real time payments, Person to Person payments, etc.
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills. Experienced in collecting, organizing, and evaluating business data
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to report research results in a comprehensive, concise manner and to develop and present precise and clear metrics
Skilled in coordinating and multi-tasking for various projects
Understands databases; good technical skills in querying and analyzing data (SQL or equivalent) and strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.)
Ability to manage issues and influence others to remediate
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of team-mates
Good organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
Experience working in Global Financial Crimes Technology with Anti Money Laundering and Economic Sanctions knowledge a plus.
Experience with Risk management disciplines are a plus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General IT Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications;
- Monitor and support daily operations of computer systems and networks;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues and system errors;
- Set up user accounts and profiles; manage passwords and access controls;
- Provide daily support for staff via in-person, phone, or remote assistance;
- Maintain accurate documentation and update the IT ticketing system regularly.
- Respond to service requests and provide timely resolution;
- Follow procedures and diagrams to troubleshoot or set up systems;
- Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets simultaneously;
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and external vendors.
- Assist with troubleshooting network outages and internet connectivity issues;
- Perform light network and voice cabling, and relocate network equipment as needed;
- Support Meraki-based network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls);
- Help configure and deploy Windows 10/11 devices, including imaging and enrollment.
- Support and manage device enrollments using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager;
- Perform basic account management tasks in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365;
- Assist with setup and maintenance of printers, VOIP phones, and security systems;
- Document technical procedures and solutions accurately for knowledge sharing.
- Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, OSI layers, and print servers;
- Familiarity with CCTV and VOIP systems is a plus;
- Test and evaluate new hardware and software technologies
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred;
- CompTIA A+ certification, preferred;
- 2-3 years of field or help desk experience, preferred;
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure, or Google Workspace, prefered;
- Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills;
- Proficient with Windows environments and standard networking tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands;
- Strong organizational, documentation, and customer service skills;
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed;
