The IT Manager is responsible for leading all cybersecurity, technology delivery, and IT infrastructure operations for the organization at the global level. This position will ensure the security, scalability, and stability of the company’s global IT environment, while driving strategic technology initiatives that support business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead global cybersecurity initiatives for the organization, such as threat monitoring, personal data protection, and incident response.
- Direct global system monitoring, backup processes, and disaster recovery protocols to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
- Develop infrastructure strategy to ensure successful operating system upgrades and hardware lifecycle management.
- Maintain, and when necessary, improve the security, stability, and reliability of the organization’s global IT network and infrastructure to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with internal manufacturing/operations teams to ensure reliable connectivity and uptime for critical equipment.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic IT planning and contribute to the development of the global IT budget.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to optimize cost, performance, and service delivery/reliability.
- Provide escalation support for high-priority infrastructure or cybersecurity issues as necessary.
- Travel both domestically and internationally as necessary (<25%).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of IT management-level experience required.
- Prior experience successfully managing global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity required.
- Strong understanding of network management and performance tuning required.
- Experience in strategic IT planning and implementation required.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally, as necessary, required.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to translate business needs into actionable solutions required.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, etc. highly preferred.

The Manager- Tech Development is a key technical contributor who can digest complex business problems and identify architecturally sound solutions.
