Workshop is looking for a driven Information Technology Specialist to support our (growing!) employee base both in the office and remotely and collaborate with compliance, operations, and engineering to maximize Workshopper productivity.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business here in Omaha, Nebraska.
As an Information Technology Specialist, you will:
- Own the procurement, deployment, and ongoing management of 100+ macOS based devices
- Be responsible for user access management control and single sign on control
- Deploy and manage common work productivity tooling such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues from Workshop employees
- Continue to evolve Workshop's security posture in collaboration with engineering and operations
- Possess a deep knowledge of macOS management and troubleshooting and a track record of enabling productivity with Apple products
- Have experience using Apple MDM tooling such as Kandji, JAMF, or Moysle
- Have prior experience managing identity and access management tools. We use Okta, but others are fine, too.
- Be detail oriented and persistent in resolving issues
- Look for opportunities to automate processes
- Have an understanding of modern security approaches like zero trust, access control, and endpoint management tooling
- Have done network management and deployment. We don't do anything too complex, but you'll occasionally need to make changes to WiFi, etc.
- Have had previous experience working with software engineers
- Have previously been involved in some form of external compliance audit
- Enjoy working in fast-paced startup environments.

You will also serve as the go-to expert for all Radius (EPS) applications and software. This role requires firsthand skills in SAP Crystal Reports, fourth-generation programming, and SQL programming to help us run smarter and more efficiently.
THE ROLE
- SYSTEM OVERSIGHT: Create, maintain, and expand SAP Crystal Reports and SQL Reports. Develop custom reports to assist department managers to aid in decision-making. Evaluate and implement scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades. Assist with software updates, improvements, and system changes. Work with EPS (Radius) Support to resolve technical issues. Support and maintain the company's financial software.
- IT SUPPORT: Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshooting issues in a team-oriented environment. Manage IT-related projects on schedule. Coordinate with outside vendors for software and hardware installations/upgrades.

- 7 or more years of professional experience in an Information Technology role and environment required

+ Provide product information to selected customers within an assigned territory.
