+ Audit financial statements, quarterly financial information, and clients' annual reports.
+ Take part in pre-audit planning to assess the risk of material misstatement of financial accounts to design effective audit procedures.
+ Identify accounting and audit issues and perform research to solve issues.
+ Responsible for testing internal controls, policies, and procedures and making recommendations.
+ Perform audits under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) auditing standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
+ Proactively build relationships and communicate with clients and associates.
+ Teach, train, and develop incoming staff/interns.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required. Must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam.
+ CPA certification preferred. Candidates actively pursuing CPA certification will be considered

- Researching best practices and collaborating with internal and external resources to propose and implement optimal network designs for different physical and virtual systems.

- Maintaining detailed documentation of equipment and configuration (e.g. switches, servers, firewalls) for our Automation Community of Practice.

The US Emailage Development team needs a Principal Engineer to provide technical strategic guidance, manage highly complex projects, and handle coordination with the Ireland Engineering Principals
About the team, this team supports LexisNexis® Emailage® a fraud prevention and identity verification solution that leverages email intelligence to assess risk. By analyzing email addresses and associated behavioral data. Emailage provides real-time risk scores to help businesses detect and prevent fraud while maintaining a seamless customer experience
Requirements
+ Possess expertise in .Net, C# and open to working with Go Lang, and F#.
+ Software development process expert in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban).
+ Current expertise in test-driven development and maintenance including techniques for applying best practices for overall project benefit.
+ Current experience in partnering and leading internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.
+ Possess extensive knowledge of architectural principles, cloud (AWS) architecture, serverless development, highly scalable services.
Responsibilities- Serving as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.- Providing design input across a product.- Working directly with customers and end users.- Serving as acknowledged "go to" person on coding and technical issues.- Interfacing with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.- Writing and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
