Dauphin Precision Tool, LLC is a privately held, US manufacturer of precision cutting tools. We are headquartered and manufacture in Central Pennsylvania in the same location that has been in continuous operation since 1881. Our company is part of the Heritage Cutter family and manufactures tools under the Brubaker, Weldon, Date Flute and Decatur Diamond brands.
We are looking for an experienced/qualified IT Manager to lead and manage the IT department. This position will include managing and maintaining our infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks as well as finding creative solutions for our company. We are seeking a candidate who appreciates the interplay between the flow of physical goods and processes, and the flow of electrons, and who also understands the critical nature of ERP systems in terms of production control, financial reporting, customer service and engineering. This position requires on-site presence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SyteLine or a similar ERP system. This position needs to be familiar with Microsoft SQL and Crystal Reports. This is a comprehensive position that involves interaction with all department managers across the enterprise in respect to data processing and technology. The IT Manager will have overall responsibility for IT services and infrastructure at our main facility in Pennsylvania well as sister plants in Massachusetts and Indiana. The position will require some travel between the three plants.

- Install and support infrastructure including but not limited to, servers both physical and virtual, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, VIOP phones.

Computer Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a systems administrator role.

- Maintaining the ERP system through implementation of system modifications, updates, and new releases.
Education and Experience
- BS Degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent work experience.
- 5 plus years of experience in IT, including support of an ERP,
- Basic understanding of business practices

This position allows you to utilize your specialized skill set to oversee administration of multiple complex systems utilized by the Pennsylvania Lottery that are critical for the end-to-end processing of nearly $5 billion in revenue.
