**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
+ Develop and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms tailored to solve specific business challenges.
+ Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to embed AI capabilities into new or existing applications and workflows.
+ Continuously monitor the performance of AI solutions, ensuring models remain accurate, relevant, and efficient.
+ Conduct research and evaluations of emerging AI technologies and tools to guide strategic IT initiatives.
+ Provide hands-on technical support and subject matter expertise for AI-related projects across departments.
+ Ensure that all AI implementations align with data privacy and security regulations and ethical AI practices.
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, systems, workflows, and evaluation metrics.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience is required
+ Must have 3-5 years as a Technology Analyst
+ Demonstrated experience in AI model development, training, and deployment in enterprise settings.
+ Must have strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and scaling AI solutions.
+ Familiarity with big data frameworks and data engineering concepts.
+ Ability to evaluate and explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Knowledge of AI governance, model validation, and data ethics.
+ Harnessed the power of Microsoft Copilot to transform enterprise operations-boosting efficiency, accelerating insights, and enabling smarter work.
+ Skilled in deploying Copilot across enterprise functions to unlock productivity gains and support digital transformation initiatives.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
+ Experience working in environments that integrate AI with ERP, CRM, or supply chain systems.
+ Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics applications.

**Compensation for this position**
The compensation range for this role is $83,000-$100,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large biopharmaceutical client on-site in Tarrytown, NY for 3–4 days per week, with 1–2 days remote. This Project Manager will join the Research IT team, specifically within the Pre-Clinical Manufacturing Process Development division. The role involves managing multiple infrastructure-based projects, including systems implementations, application development, and the deployment of a biobank and network infrastructure. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle—from ideation through transition to the run team—ensuring that each initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will be adept at using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, applying Waterfall for implementation phases and Agile for Scrum-related activities. Key responsibilities include driving project schedules, managing scope and financials, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing potential issues before they impact delivery. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role
