Information Technology Manager

The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.

This position is a manager of professional information technology positions within the Office of Michigan's Public Safety Communications System, Integration & Response section. This manager will be the first line manager for this work area and will be responsible for carrying out management duties for their staff. The manager is responsible for providing direction and control of functions and activities in the work area including establishing priorities and allocating staff. The supervisory functions that this position manages include employee evaluation, counseling, selection, provision of technical and policy guidance and training of employees. This position will oversee multiple information technology systems and projects.

Responsibilities also include developing processes to ensure DTMB technology standards are implemented and maintained within the area. Serve as the technical escalation point for ongoing projects, participating in or leading project status meetings, reviewing project documentation, reporting progress of ongoing projects and system support to management, and facilitating conversations with other DTMB technical areas, Customers, and vendor personnel related to program areas.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Required: Knowledge and/or experience in team or workgroup leadership principles Knowledge and/or experience in with support and delivery of Public Safety Applications/Systems in a complex enterprise environment Knowledge of project management principles Knowledge of change control systems and practices Highly Desirable: Knowledge of supervisory and training techniques, employee policy, and procedure. Ability to communicate technical technology at a level appropriate to the audience. Knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office Suite of tools. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and matrix support teams. Ability to show respect to all team members, actively contribute to team meetings, share information, and treat others fairly. Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation. Ability to keep clients and team members informed and respond to client requests in a timely manner with positive communications. Ability to delegate tasks and projects to Team Leads or appropriate staff. Mentor and direct employees to the appropriate course of action Ability to analyze trends and available data, initiate research, and support state-of-the-art technologies.

IT Signing Bonus

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to 3,500. Up to 1,750 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees.

Position Location/Remote Office: The office location is Lansing, MI. The State of Michigan is not able to offer employment to out-of-state applicants that do not plan to relocate. Vacation and Sick Leave:Eligible full-time employees receive between15 and 35 personal daysand 13 sick daysper year that may be rolled over to the following year if not used. Eligible employees also receive an additional day each year for community service or school functions.

Paid Parental Leave:Eligible employees can take 12 weeks of paid leaveimmediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.

Coinbase is looking for a creative and analytical Director of Technology Risk. You will serve as a member of the Coinbase Technology Risk leadership team and oversee our technology and security risk management program. Your risk team will define, quantify, manage, and communicate risks, and use outcomes to inform business decisions. You will serve as the subject matter expert in technology risk management operations, and will make these applicable and usable for fast-moving technical teams located across global time zones.
*What you'll be doing (i.e. job duties)*
* Lead and oversee the second line technology and security risk team, framing and driving the vision for a Technology Risk Management framework across the three lines of defense.
* Lead company-wide technology and security risk initiatives. Collaborate with technology and security leadership to design and implement efficient methods for identifying, surfacing, and reporting risks across the business.
* Build, grow, and coach a team of technology and security risk analysts; foster a culture of agility and innovation, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
* Oversee the implementation of risk policies, standards, and technologies to establish scalable processes that grow with the business.
* Facilitate periodic second line technology and security risk assessments across production and corporate environments, enabling teams to describe risks in both qualitative and quantitative terms.
* Ensure monitoring is in place for all risk treatment activities, maintaining clear communication with risk owners.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders, including international risk management partners, to build a security risk management program that supports multiple entities, products, and global locations.
* Keep up with international regulations, emerging threats, forecasts, policies, and benchmarks, integrating these into technology and security risk management methodologies and practices.
* Partner with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk programs to provide effective and consistent second line oversight.
* Develop communication plans to roll out the security risk program across the organization and provide ongoing education and support to teams.
*What we look for in you (ie. job requirements)*
* 12+ years of relevant experience in technology risk, information security risk, IT audit, and/or a related domain, with 8+ years of management experience
* Solid communicator and writer; experience with drafting project plans across multiple stakeholders, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, and producing final reports
* Proven ability to embed risk management practices within operations.
* Knowledge of and experience with security and security risk standards and frameworks, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST RMF, COBIT, ISO 27005, DORA, FAIR risk quantification methodology, etc.
* Expertise in all phases of the risk management lifecycle and execution of these phases within a technology or security risk management program
* Self-motivated and demonstrate a sense of urgency in high-intensity environments
* Shift nimbly between strategy and operations to drive the program's success
* Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior management in order to drive alignment
* Enjoy solving hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans. Experience deconflicting roles and responsibilities and driving clarity.
* Ability to leverage data to inform critical decisions and make recommendations
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
* Experience interacting with regulators
* Knowledge of a cloud-services environment
* Expertise in automation and building scalable solutions
*Nice to haves:*
* Fintech, tech, or financial services experience
* Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, Google apps, JIRA, Confluence
* Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (ex. in a technical area, business administration, industrial engineering)
* Quantitative modeling and data visualization
* Prior crypto experience and a demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
* Information security risk management qualifications like CRISC, CISM, CISA, etc.

Marketing Technology Director
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** The Director, Marketing Technology leads the strategy and management of our current marketing tech stack and owns the coordinated upgrade and implementation of marketing automation, reporting and data analysis capabilities. This position will translate the marketing vision into a technology roadmap to meet Sedgwick's vision and key objectives.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:**
+ Develop and implement the marketing technology strategy ensuring alignment with the overall Marketing and Sedgwick's initiatives.
+ Lead Administration of all current marketing tools including email, web design, automation, digital, measurement and SEO (e.g., Act-On, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Sprout Social, Wrike and Genius Monkey)
+ Develop new strategies to replace existing tools or enhance existing capabilities.
+ Evaluate marketing processes and apply best in class tools to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Prepare technical and functional evaluation of current CRM capabilities and recommend new tools or processes if needed.
+ Drive the integration of AI and automation technologies.
+ Train internal users on tools to achieve strategic objectives.
+ Educate teams on best practices for analysis and technology by staying current on emerging marketing, GTM technologies and use cases
+ Plan the extraction and use of data from tools into other systems to meet key objectives.
+ Work Cross functionally with CDO, CIO, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Client Services to ensure tools are integrated with larger Sedgwick tech stack strategy and plans.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology.
Experience creating a martech vision and roadmap for a B2B company. 10+ years overall experience.
Experience leading martech transformation initiatives and driving change within a marketing organization
Experience in B2B website evaluation, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
