Responsibilities
- Will manage all information technology projects. The position will work closely with business personnel in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective IT solutions for TERREPOWER.
- Will be responsible for approving and overseeing IT projects and IT projects portfolios.
- Lead the IT department's operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT system projects, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment.
- Will benchmark, analyze, and report on and making recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems through projects.
- Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review to ensure within scope, on time and on budget; developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and project initiatives.
- Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures related to IT projects, as necessary, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision; develop requests for proposal for IT projects.
- Identify, select, negotiate, and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements; Practice asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment; Manage IT staffing (including selection of project personnel), including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions
- Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's business leaders, including executives, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT projects; Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations; and,Keep current with the latest technologies
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or another computer related field.
- 6 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience managing IT technician and engineering group.
- Position also requires: 4 yrs experience in network and server administration; 4 yrs experience in project management; 2 yrs experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment with maquiladora status which includes with technology and government reporting requirements Position also requires fluency in Spanish.
- This position will require travel to Reynosa, Mexico up to five days a week to oversee IT projects.

General Statement of Job
The Technology Specialist assists in the day-to-day operations in the Learning Commons and Open Labs; assists students, monitors lab facilities, and implements lab guidelines to maintain a professional environment that is conducive to learning at all times. The Technology Specialist works collaboratively with supervisors to implement software and hardware upgrades, submits detailed attendance reports, and communicates issues of concern to the Director of Learning Commons and Open Labs and/or designee.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Assists students in the use of multimedia equipment and software.
- Provides and promotes excellent customer service.
- Assists students with user ID and password reset.
- Assists in overseeing the Learning Commons and Open Labs operations.
- Maintains proper operation of lab equipment, and reports/documents relevant matters to Director and/or designee.
- Assists with supervision of staff and implementation of guidelines.
- Addresses student complaints and concerns to Director and/or designee.
- Performs routine and assigned activities, working collaboratively with supervisors, in the Learning Commons and Open Labs.
- Assists in developing marketing materials using graphic design software to develop flyers, banners, brochures, digital media and posters to promote services at the Learning Commons and Open Labs.
- Develops professional development training for staff.
- Prepares weekly and monthly lab attendance reports utilizing attendance software.
- Distributes interdepartmental mail and sensitive documents.
- Recommends supplies, computers, and equipment.
- Updates inventory utilizing specialized software.
- Collaborates with supervisors and Information Technology personnel to maintain equipment and software.
- Maintains lab facilities and submits service tickets to appropriate departments.
- Secures and provides maintenance to the assigned area(s) including furniture, equipment, supplies and peripherals.

- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Collaborate with internal service line leaders to match capabilities to emerging client needs and industry trends.
+ Client Relationships and Account Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients-especially national EPC firms, hyperscale data center owners, semiconductor manufacturers, and large contractors. Serve as account manager for select strategic clients and work across teams to ensure consistency and responsiveness. Coordinate with other market and regional leaders to manage a portfolio of advanced tech client accounts. Understand and be able to navigate the procurement processes of the client.
+ Hiring Key Recruits: Support the recruitment of specialized talent aligned with the advanced tech sector's requirements. Identify capability gaps and help build high-performance teams to deliver services at the speed and scale required. Assist with onboarding and team-building for advanced tech-focused personnel.
+ External Promotion and Thought Leadership: Represent Atlas at industry events, including technology infrastructure, semiconductor, and data center development conferences. Develop and share insights to position Atlas as a go-to firm in the sector, highlighting our multi-disciplinary strengths. Build brand visibility through speaking engagements, panels, publications, and active participation in relevant organizations.
+ Internal Collaboration & Strategic Support: Serve as a connector across business units-ensuring coordination of pursuit strategies, pricing, resourcing, and client engagement. Support proposal development and capture strategies tailored to the advanced technology market. Provide market intelligence and strategic guidance to executive leadership on trends, risks, and competitive positioning.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of progressively responsible sales experience leading the growth of a business unit.

The Role
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Standards & Controls will leverage technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills as part of the new Enterprise Technology Standards & Controls Office.
