Monitor, respond to, and remediate security alerts and system notifications. Maintain and update hardware/software inventories, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), and Intune records. Procure IT equipment and manage software license inventories. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs. Lead or support IT-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Provide after-hours on-call support when necessary. Requirements: 3+ years' experience providing end-user technical support in a corporate environment. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and services (at least 2 years of hands-on experience). Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11 and common enterprise hardware and software tools. Experience supporting A/V hardware and software in professional environments. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.) and familiarity with diagnostic tools. Experience with computer imaging and software deployment tools. Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, CompTIA A+, or CCNA preferred.
