Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech. 

  • Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
  • Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
  • Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You’ll Need:
  • Valid Driver’s License : Clean record required
  • Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Physical Ability :
    • Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
    • Lift up to 70 lbs
    • Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
  • Customer Focus : Build trust and create a great experience
  • Problem-Solving : Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
  • Determination : Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
