Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the IT systems under the direction of Corporate Headquarters IT. The incumbent will focus on specific computer networks, databases, and system administration. Under supervision, the IT Specialist will install, configure, service, repair, and maintain information technology systems in both a stand-alone and client-server environment. The IT Specialist will also participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the organization and ensure that system hardware, operating systems, and software systems are fully operational. Diagnose and resolve problems associated with application software, hardware, and operating systems; determine the source of the issues and classify their level of urgency and nature. Assist with end-user cybersecurity training across all sites. Assist with network and domain migration projects. Adheres to all IT processes, policies, standards, and procedures. The IT Specialist may be assigned other duties as deemed necessary to complete the goals and objectives of the department. Job Description:

At Regions, the Information Technology Project Manager independently manages projects of medium scale that are significant in scope. Ensures projects remain on time/within budget, certifies project goals and success markers are met. This position collaborates with project teams, functional owners, and project sponsors supporting and executing the full project life cycle to achieve specific business outcomes.

  • Demonstrates through application an understanding of the project management process to assigned roles and tasks

Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Helpdesk Leadership Lead the internal IT Helpdesk team, ensuring timely support for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues across the organization.
