Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a System Administrator for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). The System Administrator reports to the Unit Computing Manager of Information Technology and is responsible for installing, monitoring, securing, and supporting departmental servers and services, including Windows, Linux, and Microsoft SQL servers, Active Directory, as well as computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software Office 365, and business-related applications.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Diagnosing and resolving operating system problems, supporting critical departmental systems, applications, and cloud solutions, and providing second-level end-user support.
- The position also monitors the health and security of departmental hosts and networks, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a departmental monitoring system and implementing and enforcing supported CIS Critical Security controls.
- The position develops and maintains Office 365 PowerApps applications with SharePoint and Microsoft SQL database back-end connectors.

- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus a minimum of two years of experience within system administration such as an Administrator of Windows environments, including Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, and Windows Server 2025.

Job Description
CHDIoversees a large portfolio of projects aimed at understanding the natural progression of Huntington’s disease, developing biomarkers and endpoints for use in clinical trials, and working with external partners to develop and execute clinical development plans for novel therapeutics.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with an interest and background in clinical data program management and system administration to assist CHDI in supporting clinical development activities. This highly detail-oriented individual will work closely with various groups within CHDI (and extended partners), external software developers, hosting providers, CROs, and others to support the development of electronic data capture (EDC) systems, create and review specifications and end user documentation, and manage access to numerous key applications. As needed this individual will help design databases, prepare datasets, conduct user acceptance testing, perform data extraction, write reports, and closely manage hosting and software development vendors. They will be driven, proactive, and self-motivated, as well as a great team player with excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additionally, the System Administrator will work with various stakeholders to develop and follow standard operating procedures for access administration that follow external regulations (e.g. GDPR and ICFs) and is comfortable managing projects as well as working in a hands-on environment.

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring a System Administrator Fusion Risk Management for a contracting role.
Must have skills:
- 3+ years of Fusion Risk Management experience
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with experience in Fusion Risk Management and knowledge of the Business Continuity and Risk Management applications
- 1+ years of Conga Composer experience
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Fusion Framework System Certified Administrator Highly Preferred
Pay: 49-50/hour W2
Responsibilities:
- As a System Administrator for Fusion Risk Management, will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Fusion Risk Management platform
- Work closely with various teams to ensure the platform is running smoothly, securely, and efficiently
- Role will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and optimizing system performance
- Administer and maintain the Fusion Risk Management platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs related to the Fusion Risk Management platform
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
- Support the business as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of Fusion Risk Management, specifically the Business Continuity and Risk Management applications
