Work You'll Do
As the Technology Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in turning strategy into action-bridging the gap between vision and execution for Deloitte's most critical technology initiatives. Qualifications
+ 6+ years of experience in technology management, IT strategy, general management, or corporate strategy within a complex organization; Previous experience working within operations, management, or strategy roles within an IT organization is preferred
+ 1+ year of demonstrated success leading/managing cross-functional initiatives that deliver both strategic and operational results.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $232,000.

**Physical Requirements**
The work environment is typical of standard office and banking settings. The position is medium work, exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

- Troubleshooting skills in Windows 10
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS configuration
- Client-facing support utilizing Microsoft technologies

In this pivotal IT Infrastructure Manager role, you'll drive the vision, leadership, and execution of all technology initiatives for the enterprise organization. You will be manage a small team and be a player coach and hands on in all things IT infrastructure from: Cybersecurity, Systems, Network, Desktop, Hardware, Software, and other business applications.
What You'll Do
- Set the Vision: Provide entperise leadership and strategic direction for technology services aligned with operational goals.
- Build the Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology plan with short- and long-term objectives.
- Own the Infrastructure: Oversee network operations, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, enterprise systems (SIS, HR, ERP, LMS), and device management.
- Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor technology staff, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Partner for Success: Work closely with leaders to integrate technology into business operations.
- Manage Resources: Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and a multi-million-dollar technology budget.
- Plan for Resilience: Create disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity strategies.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in networking, cybersecurity, systems administration, and device management.
- Proven success leading technology initiatives in complex organizations.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
