- Minimum of 3 years industry experience: chemical engineer, crystallization or advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

**Job Summary**
As a **Branch Director,** you will oversee multiple practice directors and/or double down as a Practice Director for one practice group. Motivates and provides direction to all branch employees. The Branch Director is responsible for incremental branch revenue growth that is consistent with Robert Half targets. Actively leads marketing activities and creates and maintains a productive business generation culture; facilitates cross-market activities for all practice groups. Oversees and supervises the administrative functions of the branch office.

+ Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
+ Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

The Technical Support Job Training Program by Year Up United offers young adults intensive technical and professional skill development through in-class training, internships with leading organizations, and personalized coaching. Participants gain expertise in IT support, business operations, network security, project management, and more, along with career-launching resources such as resume building and interview preparation. Graduates achieve strong employment outcomes, with 75% employed or in further education within four months and competitive starting salaries.
Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend.
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Harvard University, Wayfair, Salesforce, or Wellington Management among other leading organizations in the Greater Boston area.
