BBH's Infomediary Data Solutions Technology team is seeking a dynamic T echnology Business Manager to work with senior technology leadership in driving organizational effectiveness, strategy, and execution. This role blends elements of strategic planning, program management, and workforce management at the heart of an organization that lives at the intersection of business and technology.
This role will act as a trusted advisor and operator, aiding the IDS technology organization to run smoothly, align with business priorities, and deliver Firm-wide, measurable impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support technology leadership in defining and tracking strategic priorities, key objectives & results, and other initiatives

- Program & Project Management
- Drive cross-functional projects from initiation to completion; ensure expectations for delivery are met (time, cost, and outcome)

- Manage stakeholders through effective communications via multiple channels; supply dashboards, reports, presentation decks as needed
- Organizational Effectiveness:

- Assist technology leadership with optimization efforts; team structures, processes, and KPIs to drive efficiency and impact
- Manage vendor relationships, technology investment management, with budget management and planning
- Serve as the glue for the organization and its constituent business partners; align goals and help provide clarity of purpose and priority
- BA/BS degree in Technology, Business, or related fields (advanced degrees/MBA a plus) preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, project management, or business operations.

As a Workday Director within the Technology Modernization Practice, you will help organizations proactively shape and implement their overall strategy and supporting initiatives. - Proven record of large-scale ERP implementations (Oracle ERP strongly preferred).
- Expertise across supply chain process areas : Plan, Make, Source, and Order/Deliver.
- Strong understanding of advanced planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle APS, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder influence skills — able to challenge, guide, and collaborate with senior executives.
- Leadership style : Inspiring, decisive, and strategic, with the ability to reset and elevate team performance in a “controlled chaos” environment.
- Educational background : BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, or Supply Chain (MBA or consulting experience strongly preferred).
