+ Participate in and manage the development of presentations, including the creation of animations and images for proposals and marketing materials.
+ Client-focused and keen on AEC/O industry's technological advancement including BIM & VDC, Visualization & Reality Capture (Digital Spatial Intelligence), Digital Delivery, Data Insight & AI; AECOM Hunt's Digital Technology team.
+ Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content. Ability to train your project and field teams on VDC Technology and shows clear case studies of VDC adoption.
+ Assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).
+ Demonstrates clear drive, communication skills, outgoingness and positivity, and desire to serve - be all things to everyone.
+ Demonstrates excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship building with PMs, Superintendents and Subcontractors. Be the Technology Representative on site from jobsite Wi-Fi to BIM coordination and document management.
+ Develop a comprehensive knowledge of contract documents, both 2D and the related 3D deliverables.
+ Establish BIM standards for quality and monitoring adherence through expertise and direction provided on job sites, at BIM coordination meetings, etc.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirement:**
+ BA/BS and 6 years of relevant AEC industry visualization technology experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Experience from a large general contractor is highly preferred.
+ Competency with laser scanning and registering.
+ Construction Document Management Skills to support and provide document management on the Project Management cloud platform.
+ Construction Management experience on-site and demonstrate initiative with bringing VDC solutions to the field.
+ Strong verbal and graphic communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills; possess the ability to be agile in leading multiple projects
+ Basic understanding of BIM and VDC software and platform including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore
+ Self-motivated and can work independently or within a team
+ Ability to accurately interpret prints/drawings.
+ Possess technical knowledge of commercial building design and documentation
+ Strong skills communication skills for the purpose effectively communicating and solve issues on the fly with Project Managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
+ Understands data visualization utilizing Power BI, etc.; can easily deep dive and understand applications and platforms APIs to extract and sanitize data in a visualization dashboard format.
+ Strong experience with Mission Critical work.
+ Have deliverables examples available for interview.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $72,330.00 - $33,810.00.
