**Description**
This role is responsible for overseeing various efforts across the organization (Strategy, Governance, Value Creation and Procurement Effectiveness) and will help identify, monitor and report against the Indirect Procurement transformation and strategies.
This person is instrumental to create communication strategy to support IP related initiatives including change management and help build IP credibility across the organization. This person is expected to interface high level stakeholders and leadership team, and be able to effectively highlight risks, bottlenecks, critical path and resource constraints occurring within the organization. This person will also work closely with IPLT to bring standard best practices, increase efficiency and sustainability for the department.

+ Act as a change agent, helping to develop a strategic point of view within the Indirect Procurement team and with partners in the Brands and other functions. Train and develop the team to think more globally.
+ Very importantly, act as an "ambassador" for the Estée Lauder social contract, relationship and cultural values, and business ethics in dealing with colleagues, external partners, and customers. Recognize that operating within the Estée Lauder culture (the "how") is as critical as the delivery (the "what").
**Qualifications**
+ Master's degree or equivalent preferred, Bachelor's degree required.

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Research Information Technology (IT) will guide the technology resources supporting health research informatics efforts at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Einstein). The AVP reports to the Vice President of Data and Analytics at Montefiore and will have matrixed reporting to the Chief Research Informatics Officer (CRIO) at Einstein. Essential Functions
  • Defining and executing on a research IT roadmap that prioritizes research technology initiatives, infrastructure enhancements, and efficient resource allocations and aligns with Montefiore-Einstein's overall research mission and goals.
  • Collaborating with clinical and research stakeholders to understand and address their informatics needs with effective IT solutions.
  • Overseeing research IT projects through planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

  • MS Required
  • 10+ years Ten plus years of working in research IT within a healthcare environment - preferably at an academic medical center.

Job Title: IT Technical Lead
Reporting to: Head of US IT Delivery Group

Job Location: Piscataway, NJ

Compensation: The estimated salary range is $140,000 - $155,000, depending on the individuals experience and background

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of system-to-system integrations across internal platforms and third-party SaaS tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on RESTful APIs, data interfaces, system orchestration, and middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, custom APIs).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMs, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex issues in integration pipelines, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Guide junior engineers and interface developers in coding best practices and architecture patterns.
  • Participate in the technical evaluation and onboarding of new SaaS platforms or core systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, CRM, etc.).
  • Work with DBAs or directly manage database design, optimization, and data integrity practices (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Establish documentation, standards, and governance for APIs, integrations, and system access.
  • Support compliance efforts for data privacy, audit trails, and system access controls.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Solid hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration across platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL variants).
  • Experience with API management tools and integration platforms (Postman, Swagger, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, or .NET).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and data flow (ERP, CRM, Manufacturing Systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to work across IT, business, and vendor teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in GMP / Life Sciences / Manufacturing IT environment
  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management, SSO, OAuth 2.0
  • Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
