Summary

Preferred Qualifications:

The Role
As a Systems Administrator at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, user access, and SaaS tools to ensure a secure and efficient work environment. You will oversee device management, network security, access control, and IT support for employees across the organization.
This role requires technical expertise in IT systems, cloud-based tools, and security best practices to optimize and scale internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure , including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems .
- Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
- Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are in place.
- Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance , troubleshooting issues as needed.

The System Admin as a technical expert around Servers, Storage, Virtualization and Data Center administration for complex systems in large global and multi-office Enterprise infrastructure. He/she also train and support helpdesk technicians and manage any escalations.
Additional responsibilities are to include however not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server, storage, and other devices
- Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
- Plans for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
- Provides support with escalated helpdesk requests.
- Coordinates with internal team and cross departments.
- Mentors team members and educates users.
- Maintain strong technical documentation
- Implement, operate, and maintain company security standard
- Supporting automation initiatives
- Flexibility to work with Asia/Brazil Time zones
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education:
BS degree in computer science or related field
Current VMWare or Microsoft Certification desired
Experience:
5+ years of experience working in the information technology sector
Scripting/Power Shell and Automation desired
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mandarin speaking ability will be preferred
Ability to manage own time effectively and to be prompt and punctual
Experience of working effectively within a team and collaborating with others to achieve a goal
Demonstrable ability to think around issues and look at the wider picture in order to provide solutions through a variety of problem-solving techniques
Drive, self-motivation and ability to work under own initiative
Ability to produce management information reports from ITSM systems
Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting Of the PC/Laptops/Mobile, Servers, Backups and VMware
Strong Experience in Configuration & Troubleshooting of Windows 2016 and 2019 Servers and Windows 10
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP, RAID types, Skype for business, servers and virtualization
Resolve issues with Office 365, Email, skype for business, Mobile device management
Working Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN systems, LAN protocols, VPN/SSL solutions and Antivirus/Malware solutions.
Experience in performing daily tasks like monitoring Backups and Restores of critical data
Enthusiastic about learning new technologies
(Problem Solving) Proven ability to contribute to the analysis and fix IT problems.
(Teamwork) Work with teams globally for implementing large scale IT initiatives.
