PPD has a new opening for a **Lead Product Manager, Clinical Research Technology.** This is an Associate Director/Director level position that is responsible for driving the product strategy, vision, and execution of the product roadmap for our clinical research forecasting platform. The technical leader will support all business units within GNF/GVH across the Engineering organization. The role involves leading engineers towards development, verification, validation, and maintenance of computational methods for nuclear and coupled nuclear/thermal-hydraulic evaluation of boiling water and small modular reactors. The technical leader will also plan, assign, and manage resources for the team and provide coaching/mentoring to less experienced team members.
The preferred work location for this role is at the GVH Nuclear headquarters in Wilmington, NC (hybrid work arrangements available), but permanent remote work arrangements are also possible.
This role is within the Reactor Physics Technology (RPT) team, which is responsible for the development, maintenance, analytics, technical consultation, and licensing stewardship of engineering computer codes, correlations, and methodologies related to Boiling Water Reactors (BWRs) and Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). RPT is also responsible for supporting customers with emergent questions in the areas of reactor neutronics/thermal-hydraulics and instrumentation physics and contributes to the nuclear and thermal-hydraulic design of new fuel products.

+ Minimum of 7 years experience in combination of; requirements management, system design, application or requisition engineering, analysis, change, configuration, collaboration, and document management.
